I enjoy coffee, but it doesn’t have a grip on me…. So, like you, when I do drink it, I’ll be wired for days too… another way to get the lumps out of the coconut milk is to leave it outside in 119 degree weather for exactly one second… Christina tosi, of Milkbar, wrote in one of her books that instant coffee can be used to make better than Starbucks frappes…. I have some instant coffee from one of her recipes, so might as well use it up here….
Hahaha- oh good. The heat is useful! 😂 And yes, highly recommend this one! I actually think I enjoyed the version with cinnamon Demerara the most. Lemme know if you try it!!!
