Double summon + 2 Wightprincess + extra Wight monster + Phalanx Pike + One for One would give Skull Servant with 8400 attack on turn one with any enemy getting 600xlevel attack reduction. That should be sufficient attack to pull off an OTK.(Fun if you can pull it off but not very likely to happen)
i mean my friend once kicked my ass with kuriboh... yes kuriboh that little fluffy fucker :( he got him to 4000 atk and attacked twice killed my red eyes. killed my defense monster and wiped the floor with me. didnt help we had 5 spectators going OOOOOOOOOOO SIIICK
An archetype no one ever saw coming or asked for. Edit: It's amazing how many people think/thought I was calling them new...C'mon guys I know you're yugioh players, but try to read...It's only one sentence.
It's not a new archetype dumbass. It's a series of cards that's been around since that the dawn of Yu-Gi-Oh. It all started with the Vanilla Skull Servant.
you skipped shiranui solitaire, the playmaker. also i run brilliant fusion which sends wightprincess to the grave. And this is one of the most fun decks i have played.
Caleb Willoughby if you like that version you should try the skull/shaddoll version it's really good because it mains discarding, it's really compatible
Actually, I've found that the limiting of Grass doesn't really hinder the 60-card version of the deck. if you run 3 Left-Arm Offerings you can usually get it pretty fast.
Jory Canfield Yeah, LAO can get the deck going super fast. There's not much that CAN brick the deck if you have plenty of ways to discard, since most bricks want to be in the grave. When this deck pops off, it pops off big style.
Bryan Nieves While this doesn't change my opinion that yes, that would be amazing and I wish it was like that, it probably would've been considered broken (or possibly beyond broken) zombie support considering the state of yugioh at the time Lady in Wight was originally released (it came out in Light of Destruction, or LODT, the same set as Lightsworns, and to my knowledge the only immunity-granting cards there were at the time were mediocre spell cards that only gave spell immunity to normal monsters for a short period of time).
Your videos are great. All you need is to go walk by walk play of your explanations during a duel. Most people are visual learners and your great explanations would hit home more effectively.
back before prince was a thing I had a level 1 draw skull servants thing that used the level 1 draw engine (kinka byo and mystic piper) to draw over the hand limit and force discard all the skulls at end phase. it was kind of neat because there were some interesting rank 1 xyz options, like Baby Tiragon, who lets your king make a direct attack, or Slacker Magician as a stall tactic, or Mira the Star-Bearer for some protection against card effects.
Another card name that shouldn’t have been Americanized and now the newer cards have to deal with extra texts in their description. Skull Servant’s original name is Wight.
I used to run a Skull Servants & Yubel deck a few years ago. This was back when Servant, King and Lady were the main bodies (there was also what as essentially a Jack to complete the face card symbolism; can't recall the name, rarely ever used it). Mainly, the deck was a bit of an in-joke considering the significance of my last name. Called it Wight Privilege for obvious reasons. This was back when the Synchro Zombies engine was still a thing, so having a _rogue_ Zombie deck running around that nobody knew how to deal with was always amusing. The win condition wasn't King or anything like that, or even Yubel really; rather, I focused on bringing out all three Servants and throwing on United We Stand for each of them. The deck was trollish and very resilient being quite trap-heavy knowing people weren't going to side-deck Jinzo just to deal with that one rogue deck at the store, so i generally performed pretty well with it. Went 4-0-1 best record taking first with the store. The draw was against Synchro Zombies, so I was pretty content. Gosh, I loved that deck! Good times had by all.
You could also weaponize the regular Servant by adding Phalanx Pike in your deck. Kind of gives you a nerfed King since it gives the equipped card 900x the number of cards with the same name in the GY.
No mention of One for One , Where arf thou? or Zombie Master? Skull Servants entire card design falls into 3 well supported zones Dark, Level 1 , Zombie. Even obvious stuff like Allure of Darkness should see play in here for the mentioned reasons in this video relating to RFP cards.
I love to play this deck using 2-3 divine wrath, mainly because people don't ever expect that, so it throws them off. It is also a good way of getting out of a bricking situations, since the issue with Zombies is getting monsters in the graveyard.
I think the point of Lady in Wight is to basically render your KoSS absolutely unbeatable once you’re ready to go in for the kill. It protects the king from being destroyed by battle, spell, *and* trap effects, meaning your opponent has no chance at blocking a level 1, 10000 Attack monster that’ll OTK anybody if it has a Big Bang Attack set on it.
love using king of skull servants on yugioh nexus. not super duper good against current meta but it has some surprises in it that gets you really amusing wins
I had some moderate success by using Armageddon Knight and Dark Grephor in my Skull Servant deck. And while they aren't zombies themselves, they have some surprising synergy with the deck. Armageddon Knight dumps a DARK monster into the graveyard upon being summoned, so that's 3000 ATK for the king, but Dark Grephor...WOW! I can discard a dark monster to send a dark monster in my deck to the graveyard. So...Discard a Wightprince to send a Wightprince. Each Wightprince activates, so that's 2 Skull Servants and 2 Lady in Wights in the grave...Count it up! That's 6000 ATK for King of the Skull Servants with just ONE card. ALSO, "Burial from a Different Dimension" works because if I use Wightprince's effect to special summon a King of the Skull Servants, I can then use that card to instantly return the cards I banished back to the graveyard so that my king doesn't lose out on any attack points.
You can actually run masked heroes with this. The level 4 one which searches mask change(forgot his name),mask change 2 and Dark Law.11.000 ATK King + Dark Law
2:09 Dzeef, King of the Skull Servants has no blank protection, because of how old it is. I'm not sure if you played during that time, but back then Skull Servant wasn't really good, because of it being a two card archetype, but still, a pain to kill, because almost nothing could run over it. I agree with you though that Lady in Wight should have a blank destruction protection.
If I were to get back into this game (after being a stinking filthy casual way back in middle school), I'd want to play something like this to start out, this sounds hella fun
Hey, there's actually something you forgot about this deck that I play in my 60 card variant of shaddoll servants. Left arm offering. 3 copies is amazing to have.
I know this video is 9 months old, however using the current zombiesworn engine the 60 card variant is playable and has some good plays in link format.
This would kill all meta if few cards werent banned painful choice for bunch spines in grave summon king opti camouflage armor trap stun imperial order skill drain facedown If u go first ur oponent is kind of locked then next turn activate trap stun no cylinder boom ez win
I like to run lightsworns with em.Was better in lightsworns hayday obviously battle was more important back a few years ago- but the mirror against Synchro and Xyz variants of the Zombiesworns were always absolutely flabergasted by the little guy- and to this day People get blindsided online and real life the lady in wight protects everyone but her self from being EFFECTED by spell and traps. Obviously the competetive types will not make such mistakes but it still gives me a cackle how this 6 year old card stumps soo many people. And just that too no one ever hung up on any of my other cards like lady in wight.
question: it is worth putting "miracle dig" on that deck? since the effect of this card is to 3 card that are removed from play to the graveyard, so i guess it would increase "king of the skull servants" attack by 3000.
@@Dzeeff i check out that card and maybe you're right, Burial from a different dimension is kinda better then miracle dig, plus burial from a different dimension is a quick-spell card. thank you for your answer.
Depends on the Deck. If the opponent plays blue eyes, just make fun of him the entire duel by saying that blue eyes is cute with his little 3000 atk :)
so dark greph is the best aside from princess for mills... play one copy of the seal of ori so they cant target ur lady in wight, who is your protection for the king, witch makes him really powerfull as a boss monster, his staying power is amazing, and well get ur swing of memories and lost puppy one for one maybe open with the face down prince, itll make them super scared toatack face downs... a skull king with less then 3katk is usless, if it cant one shot a blue eyes its no good... and a barral behind the door in case they try to magic cylinders you
+Mark Stalley Not weird, just suboptimal. I'm sure it does fine against your friends but there's not really a reason to exclude all the amazing Zombie cards from your deck

Simple Answer: OTK your opponent with Level 1 Normal Monsters that have 300 ATK and 200 DEF.
Add a Big Bang Attack in there and you can get piercing damage as well

The deck that got me back into yugioh after years of disinterest in the game tbh.
I love equiping "opti-camuflage armor" to a king
a 3000+ atk lvl 1 monster that can attack directly
So basically a stronger Earthbound Immortal lol
though i now its rare to battle againts someone using "magic Cylinder", thats the only card im afraid of in my skull servant deck
You are a monster
I like it :D
i play it with gravity bind :) basicly stall and then shit zombies away trow a king on the field and see my opponent type : O THATS NASTY!
You might also want to look into the shooting star bow from the guardian archtype. For a one time deduction of 1000 atk points you can attack directly
Send bones to the graveyard.
Normal summon a level 1 monster.
Profit.
