  • "Air (for Strings)" is a very nice orchestra piece by English composer Jonathan Battishill. I think the arrangement was by Anthony Collins, but I could be wrong about that. Conducted by Stephen Schmall and recorded Sunday, May 23, 2004.

    This was recorded LIVE at Mass! SO many recordings on this channel were just that, recorded LIVE at Mass! Anyone listening to posts on this channel needs to know that fact!!

    Such a beautiful piece written by Battishill!! I enjoyed conducting it! SO well written for strings. SMOOTH string writing to say the least!
