The optional floor tiles are vinyl sheet now? It used to be glace ceramic tiles. The toilet basin pipe is exposed too. I think the quality has deteriorated compared to those ard 2020 batch.

Yes it is done. They took about 4 weeks to rectify the items

The new design for 45 sqm is no longer like this video. 2023 desgn onward kitchen and living room is semi open concept...go HDB showroom to check out.
