Thanks so much for showering so much of love and support to my vlogs. Today I have come up with very interesting vlog of a Jodi flat at Asheredge, Thane. Designing a Jodi flat is always more critical than normal flat, as you need to work out good space planning. Lot of times civil changes are needed to get the desired spaces. Please watch this video till end. The main highlight is small space with optimum use .

The second kitchen looks absolutely amazing. Such clever utilization of space. The slant adds so much character to the entire room! I would love for something like that to be my dorm.

There are lots of nice thoughts behind the decoration. But Hall with golden theme, some how does not give comfort. Bright opens up the mind. Guest bedroom looks better.

Very well designed. I personally liked the guest room. Minimalistic is my style. I also like what u did with the second kitchen. However, the client could have made it as laundry room. Best place to dry clothes too. However, its their choice.

Love the total work. The study cum guest room is amazing. 👍👍Only one suggestion, if you add a mirror to the back side of the dresser too, it becomes easier to do the make-up. One doesn't have to open and close the door to access the stuff inside and look into the mirror. Keeping the door open, one can get ready. And the outside mirror will help in having a full view while wearing a sari etc.

Sarika ji, drawing room Ac visible at 5 minutes recording, can you please share is that a wooden board and pvc board and what's best. This is hiding the ac pipes etc, i want to get similar thing in my house

The kitchen in the plan was looking better than the one shown. If the backsplash was nice white it would have looked better. Who do designers use so much of panelling?

They bought two flats and U gave them only 2ft width puja area? Also merging with TV unit looks as if U had no budget or complete lack of space. Should have shifted to dining wall instead of stone cladding.

Are you even educated in this field? Do you not see the complete tranformation of space she has done? Look at the before and after. She has made those tiny flats appear so much bigger. And just because someoke bought 3 flats doesn't mean they want a bigger puja area. She has probably done it according to the clients requirement. It's much too easy to comment about interiornor architecture from the safety of your screen, practicality is where it gets tough to understand for netizens like you.
Well said bc interior are done according to client choice.
