2 oz tequila

Here is something I came up with. Company comes over and I don't have enough avocados to make a large enough batch of guaco..I had some cooked ,soft left over brocolli left overs, I broke up the broc and incorporated in the with the mashed avocados..with the normal garlic, bit of lime juice...You could not tell..it was delicious and healthy!! Mahalo!!
I love to add Mexican homemade rice to my tacos along with pico de gallo. I am now starving for fajita tacos.

Love Mexican food! I’m in the UK and we enjoy the restaurant Wahaca. Everything you make looks delicious, I’d like to try the spicy margarita but I’ve gotta correct you on the Orange Liqueur, it’s pronounced Kwontro in English - rather more Kwaan Tro in French!

Hello Renee, I enjoy your channel so much. I would like to make a comment about the plastic containers you use...please research the negatives. Please use glass ...I saved my Kombucha glass bottles to store my liquids. Stainless and ceramic cooking pots and pans.. Plastic wrap and aluminum for cooking another extreme negative. I don't know. You did a pretty dang good job at making that Fajita. Are you still Keto? I'm a long time vegetarian that just changed my diet to Paleo. I switched doctors. Went to a holistic doctor. She ran a whole lot of labs - reviewed my health markers, and found I was deficient in so many minerals. I was shocked but realized my healthy diet was behind all my symptoms (brittle nails, hair falling out, dry skin, foggy eyes and brain). She said my body needed animal protein and animal fat. I think I just stared at her for a whole minute. I'm like "WHAT?" LOL. I know. That went against everything I believed. You could have knocked me over with a feather. But I'm trying it. Even though it went against everything I knew. She recommended a Paleo Diet. I'm re-learning how to cook. It's been a real eye-opener.
Hi! I never did Keto. I for about 6 months I tried to eat less than 50 net carbs per day. Once that pesky weight came off, I went back to eating what I want :)

I love people that embrace and love my country, my food and people. My husband makes delicious margaritas with only fresh fruit, orange liqueur and agave because he doesn’t like the sugary mixers they use in restaurants or bars. 😊

I've been using the happy light for 6-7 years. I sit in front of it daily from October-March...then it's warm enough where I live to get outside for natural sunshine. The happy light has been a life saver for me.

This is so sad but I live in NB Canada & am having a great deal of difficulty finding the chili anchos liqueur. I’ll keep on trying. In the meantime does anyone know of a substitute?

Renee, please check out zinc oxide, for your beautiful nose...I was a surfer in Hawaii and it's cool..be very careful for your sun exposure..50 percent lotion is not enough for your nose. Mahalo, Pam hope you had a blast at the concert!
