    "Focus on your health; not your case." is great advice. I field tons of calls from clients asking if they should see Dr. A or Dr. B because it will "help the case."

    So much great information! I never knew you could get dinged for a break in care. Sometimes you don't feel like it's working or can't keep taking the time off work. Good to know to keep going!

      Hi, thanks for the comment! Yes, gaps in treatment are case-killers. Barry

      Insurance carriers are looking for any reason to reduce your recovery. Gaps in treatment are one of their "go-to's."

    Why why do attorneys refer clients to Chiropractic Care, when there is no scientific proof at all that it works ? when you get your check at the end of the case come to find out the attorney and the chiropractor makes about the same amount of money which leaves you with less money in their pocket .

      Hi, I don't know of any scientific proof. However, I can tell you that I've had many clients tell me that they feel better after chiropractic care. I have other thoughts about it and when it should be used if you're interested. Thanks for the comment. Barry

      Very wrong. There is plenty of evidence showing great outcomes with chiropractic care. It does work.

    I had a car accident a year ago. 3 days after the accident I went to Urgent care to get checked because my neck was aching, they said I was ok. I was driving Uber at the time and had a passenger in my car who stated they were getting a lawyer. I hired a lawyer and they sent me to a chiropractor. After 3 months of treatment i felt fine.Until the last adjustment, the doctor made my injury worse than ever. My neck has herniated disc and my mid and lower spine is cracking with disc bulges. I almost had a stroke, my entire upper right side was numb and the pain was unbearable. Then the Dr. sends me to an ortho to get needles injected in my neck, I refused. The Lawyer says thats all we can do. 6 mos later, the lawyers are trying to settle the case. I've been hurt really bad and cant do the work i was doing before. I need help. What should I do at this point if I'm not able to get the right treatment and the lawyer says the only thing i can do is maybe sue the chiropractor.

      @LawFull  5 лет назад

      Sorry to hear all this. Really hard to know from the facts you've told me so far. You have a herniated disc from the accident or from the chiro? You had a MRI that revealed a herniated disc? And disc bulges from which? The fact pattern is kind of hard to sift through and frankly would be pretty complicated to defend.

    • @djmidas7
      @djmidas7 5 лет назад

      I got the herniated disc and bulges from the chiro? I had one MRI done Dec 12, 2018 for my back, i have bulges and another Jan 14, 2019 for my neck which stated I have herniated disc. The lawyer on the case says he doesn't know what to do about the chiro dr incident, but it was their referral. I had to go to my primary physician.

      @LawFull  5 лет назад

      @@djmidas7 Hi, again the real issue is whether you can tie the herniated disc or disc bulges to the accident, to the chiro or to just age. That's the challenge. Where did this take place, city and state?

    • @djmidas7
      @djmidas7 5 лет назад

      Los Angeles, CA. I have never had any heath problems or aches from age. No surgeries, No previous injuries.

    All in which chiropractor is just a temporary relief I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for over a month every time I see him he makes me feel good not better I see him twice a week by the time I go back I feel like the first time I’m going to stop seeing him and get to my doctor and fire my lawyer .

    Is a chiropractors word just as good as an orthopedist in the court room?

    • @LawFull
      @LawFull  3 года назад +1

      Interesting question. Don't know a 'definitive' answer to that. But the jury decides who they believe or not so they could believe a chiro as much as an ortho I guess..... I know from my personal perspective I'd rather have an ortho give a diagnosis of a herniated disc for example than a chiro when I put a package in front of an insurance company.....

    So I was in an car accident 2 months ago I felt fine right after...3 days later I felt lower back pain and neck pain. Unfortunately I am not able to see a chiropractor due to my work schedule. Will this affect my case that I have not been to chiropractor not even once?

    • @LawFull
      @LawFull  2 года назад

      Hi, well, it is not just not seeing a chiro. Did you get any medical treatment? Your case will be evaluated by what your injuries are, are they permanent, how much your med bills were and other factors. So if you didn't get any med treatment, then yes that will affect the value of your case.

      @@shontaimoye6863 Ok. So basically you got in an accident and had very limited medical treatment. So from that I would assume that your injuries weren't that severe (at least if I was the ins co). And your medical bills will be relatively low. . .

    From experience as soon as you say car accident your put on scammer watch . Even though I have protruding disc from whiplash and nerve pain In my hand doc says I already had the pain before accident mentioned pain in my larynx then that I already had before accident. BS so I walk away having to look out of country to get a operation to my neck so I can afford to pay out of pocket.. it seems doctors and car insurance companies are in bed together.

      I wonder if things would work out better if we had a single-payer healthcare system.
      👨🏾 How do you do, fellow American?
      👴🏻 Great, as long as I don't get into a minor car accident that requires medical attention! If that happens I might have to leave the country for affordable care!"
      👨🏾 Yes, that is very true. Our system is the best!
