Amazing mod, love your vids so perfect timing I just added to my list with the 1.20.1 support update.
If the mod author stumbles on this it’d be awesome to find ways to compact everything, maybe wheels that can only go up half slab or less inclines. Something more car scaled rather than monster trucks and tanks (and mechanical rolling bases)
Oh hell yeah it’s on 1.20.1 now. Was the last one I needed for tank time
Everyday minecraft gets closer to scrap mechanic
Create must succumb to scrap mechanic gregification
And then some installed big cannons and played civilization 6 with tanks vs cavalry
Fully functional (moving/firing) Titans/Dread's, tanks, vehicles and flyers can now be a thing and my 40K MC battles can be a reality.... once I've figured out all the Create, Eureka and Valkyrie mechanics!!
Note:VS2 clockwork and trackwork are still in beta and glitches may happen,so make sure to back up you're world in case something breaks
A good use for the lopsided track might be for a very large vehicle that cannot avoid being on extremely uneven terrain (ie the side of a mountain or canyon). Having the ability to adjust this means you will be less likely to fall out
Ohh right, you can use it on the fly when you're having trouble with a particular type of terrain
Imo trackwork isn't good, it's too simple. You can make wheels, suspension and turning with clockwork, and it uses only minecraft blocks. Trackwork makes this all for you, it makes you not think about new possibilities or designs. If you want to make beautiful small compat car, use trackwork, but if you want to play with valkyrien skies and test your skills, you should definitely try every other vs addon but trackwork
(Just to be clear, I don't hate trackwork, I just don't like oversimplifying things)
I wish that regular clockwork had suspension/way of transferring rotational energy through ships and the world. Right now, you can't make suspension without more mods or adding an additional source of rotational energy.
It's true, it is very simple but I think a lot of people prefer that simplicity, and like you say it's good to make a small compact car. I do enjoy making larger and more complicated builds however and I have one in mind that I will definitely be making my own wheels for!
There was supposed to be something that did that at one point. It was called a universal joint iirc. I don't know if that's still in the works or not.
I disagree. Phys wheels are cool, but also large and cumbersome (+ energy transmitter spam).
Try making 1.5:1 or 2:1 scale vehicles with phys wheels and without the aid of creative motors or /vs scale, while keeping it pretty + having acceptable offroad performance.
If phys wheels didn’t have these drawbacks, Trackwork wheels probably wouldn’t have existed.
Great Video, helped me a lot to understand trackwork fully, especially tilting the track and getting them up and down, thx. In your build couldn´t u use an inverted clutch thats always blocking signal and only activates it when given signal, works good for me, and for giving it physics i like to use a ship helm from valkyrien skys, or is it wrong doing it that way? Its faster for sure :)
Yup, I could use the inverted clutch but I was adapting a design from before I knew about that mod. Also I try to reduce the amount of mods that I use to avoid compatibility issues that sometimes arise.
G.O.A.T. love the detail it really helps!
Hey McCastle, thanks! I try to give as much info as I can, it helps people learn
what cpu and gpu do you have? i know phisics mods are heavy to run
I could never get your car to work with control seat the big one with block wheels the old one ya made love that your using an engine on the current ones
At one point control seats got glitchy and stopped working not sure which update caused that though.
Why are my valkyrien skies building invisibile on some sides when i built this
turn off block entity culling in your video settings and it should be fixed
@@junipermcclary1645 Thanks
Now I’m wondering if i can make an all in one vehicle air, sea, and land?🤔
I like your videos Kwizzle Hazzizle and I really am a Create aficionado! Also I played Trackwork too! - Riley
Hey Riley, I'm glad you like my videos! Create really is a great mod
@@KwizzleHazzizle I know right! Create is my absolute favourite! - Riley
Nice! 👍
Don't use tfmg since it's engine model has horrid collision with its own components
Hasn't trackwork been available for over 7 months?
Yup, I'm just late in making a video about it. Wanted to make one since it came out but hadn't gotten around to making a vid till now.
could you make a bike or bike like vehicle or even a vehicle with tracks and a wheel would love to se what you come up with.
Ohh that's kind of an interesting idea
you could turn faster by using a gearbox instead
What are these shaders?
Kappa pt
What shader is that?
Kappa PT
How hope they make adjustable wheel size
Wait for Traction, developers make some big updates and it'll be available for everyone soon (probably)
I'm gonna make an army of tanks and control them all at the same time and start monarchy
Cool but im never leaving pre 1.12.2
Bus plisiss❤❤
Dude, how can this guy play Valkyrien Skies?
Uhhh, playing it?
trackwork is over a year old now
Yeah, I'm tardy to the party.
Endul
this could have been quality of minecraft updates but we got new wood
watch a video by Qarsan for a better transmission
your shader is horrendous and buggy, switch to something more simple or non at all.
import math

factorial_88 = math.factorial(88)
