Yup!! I weight out my veggies pre-cooking! Once I hit the 2lb mark, I stop weighing and anything else is just bonus :)
Hey Sam, do you eat pasta on a regulary basis or do you mostly focus on eating rice and potatoes? :)
Hi! I usually have some sort of pasta (rice noodles, spaghetti, ramen) on average probably once a week. I don’t intentionally restrict pasta, but i do tend to eat taters and rice more often.
