I love Massaman Curry with Roti or Rice ! I tried it with croissant once at Banyan Tree Samui. I feel Massaman Curry has Burmese influences which in turn has Indian influences.
Thanks for sharing. I love Massaman too. This ancient Thai dish has a long story way back to Ayutthaya period when this Siamese Capital City was a centre of trading in Southeast Asia and traded with nations around the world, from Persia and India to Java and China as well as European countries. The herbs and spices came from everywhere and mixed together with a recipe first used in royal palaces. Hope to do more content about Thai food :)
