    ⭕ RECIPES:
    Beef Ramen Stir Fry:
    INGREDIENTS
1 lb Ground beef Extra lean
    3 tbsp Cream peanut butter
    3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
½ tbsp Sriracha sauce or to taste
    1 tbsp Soy sauce
    ⅛ tsp Ground ginger
    1 tsp Minced garlic
3 packages Ramen noodles discard the seasoning packages
    Salt and pepper to taste
    INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the ramen according to package directions.
Add the ground beef to the air fryer basket. If you have a removable tray, take out the tray (see notes). Air fry at 380F/193C for 4-5 min, stir halfway to break up the meat to let it cook evenly.
Add sauce ingredients to meat. Stir to combine it together
Set the air fryer for 380 °F/193C for 3-6 minutes, or until meat is cooked through and fragrant to liking. Stir the meat halfway through cooking to continue to break it up.
Add in about 3-4 tbsp of ramen water to the meat. Air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove and enjoy with ramen noodles.
    ROASTED CHICKEN BITES & VEGGIES
1 pound chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
    VEGGIES
    Asparagus
    Grape tomatoes
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tsp garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    Buffalo chicken wraps:
1-1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup hot sauce + 2 tablespoons melted butter
    1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
    4 medium flour tortillas
Optional fillings: tomato, onion, shredded cheese
    Instructions
Pound down the chicken with a meat mallet until it is even in size.
Cube the chicken into bite size pieces.
Place the chicken in a small bowl.
Add half of the buffalo sauce to the bowl. Stir to combine with the chicken.
Place in basket & add more of the buffalo sauce (leave a little of the sauce to add for when it is done cooking).
Air fry the chicken at 380F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking and adding more time as needed. The total cook time will depend on the size of your chicken cubes.
Remove from the air fryer basket and drizzle and stir in the remaining buffalo sauce.
When you are ready to make the wraps, lay down the tortillas, add the chicken, add ranch, lettuce and any additional toppings. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll the wrap burrito-style.
Enjoy warm or cold! (If enjoying warm, place back in the air fryer and air fry at 350F for 2-3 minutes).

Place in the air fryer basket
    Air fry for 4 minutes a 380 °F/193C,
    Add cheese

Here in Southern California, hoisin sauce is practically used as much as catsup, mustard and soy sauce so I always make sure I have it in refrigerator/or pantry…but what really caught my attention was the recipe for the stuffed mini sweet peppers! Hoisin sauce is so worth looking for. It is getting much easier to find. Asian sections of your grocery store, high end grocery stores or an Asian market or grocery store should have it. Looks so good. I will be cooking that tonight...minus the Sriracha. I will grab my portion first then I will add it for my hubby.

That "Asian spaghetti" looks really good. I don't care for that much Siracha though, probably 1 teaspoon would work for me.
I love asparagus, so anything with asparagus would be great for me.
For the stuffed mini peppers, I'd prefer stuffing jalapeno peppers, and use a teaspoon of taco seasoning in the refried beans.

I know what Hoisin is, and I have used it many times before. For the Beef Ramen Stir Fry, if you don't have the Dual Blaze, can this be made in a Cosori 5.8 quart, or would the sauce drip down through the grate? Would this need to be made in an oven safe bowl instead?

    • @michellewilliams9675
      @michellewilliams9675 8 месяцев назад

Sauce would drip, maybe use parchment with holes to let a little grease drip thru but not much sauce.

100% the Dual Blaze. You don't have to rotate food is the first reason. The 2nd reason is that I am not a huge fan of the Philips air fryers because they REALLY smoke a lot. Philips was the first one that I owned. Cooking bacon in it sets off the fire alarm. :(

I've always wondered why you don't like to pre-heat? Why is that a negative for you? You wouldn't put something in a normal oven without pre-heating and expect it to cook within the expected time. Why's it any different with an air fryer? Are all of your recipe times for starting with a cold air fryer? Just genuinely curious. I really enjoy your videos, just wondered.

    Hi Cathy,
I've had an Airfryer since last week. I love watching all your videos, with all your tips.
    1 question for now.
Isn't it true that you now taste 1 flavor of all those herbs and that the rest is a texture. So that everything now has 1 flavor of all those many herbs, and that you no longer taste the product(s)?
I personally use 0.0 herbs or any additives as flavor enhancers. 'Otherwise all those herbs would have been there', I think. And yes, natural it is also delicious and more 'natural' in terms of the real natural taste.
Tomorrow I will enjoy watching another series of your beautiful videos. Thanks.
