- One of our first times on the track with spikes this off season and it was a very 👀 opening day.
Workout:
2x wickets full recovery
3x20 5min rest
2x40 5min rest
2x wickets full recovery
1x120
Great program going on here,im a coach myself,been doing it for well over 20 yrs. I dont see much program outside of Jamaica high school system. Im a perfectionist myself,im still learning but good job coaches.
I love this advice because a lot athletes do not come to practice ready to do the work. I feel that if they come to practice just to be good, then that's all they will be.
