If the coffee capsule is stuck inside ,the level is in the centre /neutral position but the lid won't flip up ,help .

I have an issue where the hottest setting is not too hot to drink. Its just warm. Is there something wrong with my machine? Or is this how hot it gets?

Think all these type of coffee machines regardless of make are all the same just like luke warm to warm even in all the pubs and restaurants there never hot like you want or ask for.
