It definitely gives a professional finish (the coffee in the cup) and it tastes SO much better than making a coffee or mocha with powder and kettle. Makes mornings so much better. Thanks for sharing

watching this has been invaluable for me, some of the others don't show you how to set it and all the instructions came in every other language than english and the drawings were beyond useless, i didn't know about using the disk to set it to what coffee you want, so thank you i would have been lost without your post

Hi, my machine is fairly new and just used it few times. Then it got stuck for almost a year. Tried using it again but no liquid is coming put of the machicne. Tried descaling it but still no water comes out. What could be the problem?

Are the pods just one use only? I realize that after I made the coffee with this machine, that there seems to be a lot of milk/coffee left in the pods, which seems weird since I've read that the pods are one use only.
The pods are to be used once however you can use it again if you want.

Hi I prefer cold drink/iced drink. In that case, do I just need to choose cold and put ice at the end of the drink? Will the taste be not good if I make it cold drink? Is the capsule meant for both hot and cold drink.?
The pods I'm using are for hot drinks, I suppose you can try it.
Why is there water in pods still after used normal?
Is there an option to switch it off once the coffee is made to save electricity? I understand it has an auto turn off function but the older models has manual switch off option. Thanks

Which would you say is better… this or the Tassimo My Way and why?
I used to own a Dolce Gusto machine many years ago but never found the coffee hot always a bit warmer than warm.
It depends on which coffee you like, we're happy with both however the Tassimo drinks taste slightly better.

Hey, I'm late to this, but I just got a brand new machine and the pods are still coming out very full and it's only making half a mug of coffe (I'm using the same as in the video), is this normal?

The cup you made was only half full. I want to know how to make weal coffee. Can only get dolce gusto pods where we live. The weakest one seems to be cappuccino or cafe au lait. There seems to be no way to make itv weaker. You get what the pod is and they do not seem to cater for people who only like weak coffee
Do you always have to use 2 pods for all coffee
If you want coffee with milk then yes. My kids just use the milk pods, leaving me with coffee pods, I just use the normal milk.
