Hello. The progressive green lights are not moving when attempting to descale and the water stops pouring after 3 seconds. Same now happens in normal mode. How can this be fixed?
I see what u mean i have had this issue with the genio s plus . That happens when the machine has a internal problem . I had mine send back to the store i bought it from and it was fixed . But bye its not ur fault . They say every three .onths my genio s plus was 2 months old . The tip is descale the genio models every month with normal descaling tablet . And every three months with the Dolce Gusto descaling fluid
It doesn't work. I can touch the icon for hour and it still doesn't start to blink or work.
