Then the dealer then goes out and distributes it. If a bad batch goes out then the dealer is the one that gets f’ d not the seller. So what I have seen you got dirty people cops some times or undercover sell it to the dealers they make a trade if the dealer doesn’t pay up or some hit goes wrong they are after their butt. But because the under cover or what not knew the dealer out smarted them and ran for safety. In Philly norristown everywhere they have this.
