- Sixty days overlanding in Kruger - Every now and again, Kruger surprises you with an amazing first-time sighting. This was the case when this big bull elephant surprised us, first with a mating ritual which we didn't recognize, and then by mounting a young cow right in front of us. After this sighting we took a quick trip up to Kannidood Dam, which is a dam no more, and then finished off the day with delicious braai broodjies. Watch the video as I share the recipe and fool-proof method of braaiing them without burning.
Great episode, I'm looking forward to returning to Kruger for 5 weeks in August (from Australia) and yes, my saying is "look hard for the small things and the big ones will appear anyway", the whole experience is not just about cats and dogs !! Safe travels and happy spotting !!!

I always thought Dutch word for sandwich was strange. Also how Dutch use butter as condiment on sandwich is different as well. Like Ham with butter sandwiches.

I know, I agree, sometimes you can hear my wife in the background saying, "Switch the car off!" Unfortunately, up until this point we were recording with the GoPro - we misplaced the charger to out video camera. We did however get a new charger sent to us and the sound and video quality does improve. (When I remember to switch off the engine!) Thanks for the comment.
