The cadence and intensity guidance is great. Any guidance on resistance?

Hi Phil, it's best to set your trainer's resistance to whatever makes you feel like your effort level is closest to the effort level prescribed in the workout. So if the workout calls for a level 10 perceived effort, then you should feel like you gave it everything you have. If you do that, then for the next effort you might not be able to deliver the same power as you did on the first effort, which could mean backing off on the resistance, but whatever resistance you set should still feel like a level 10 effort.

Does this channel plan to put out more videos?
I really prefer these calmer videos with wordless music to ones where an instructor is yelling that sweat is my fat cells crying or the music is a song about seeing your ex at the club

Thanks for the comment! This is exactly why I made these videos. I hope to produce more this year!

It would be helpful if the music was on tempo throughout the whole thing. The music during the efforts is slower than 100 BPM, which makes it really hard to follow the circle tempo.

I agree that syncing the tempo is ideal, though I have to say i though the transitions were really well done and the sound layering helped establish my pace - and i was able to really lock it in. The music overall was very cool. Would love to know who wrote it.

Michael Schreiber I do love the music in these! As someone that was in marching band for about 10 years, it’s just hard to separate the visual tempo from the auditory tempo. :)
