Thank you for not sticking ads in the middle of it like some other videos have.

Please, please make more of these videos!!! There are thousands of indoor cycling videos out there. Yet, this channel and this specific video stand head and shoulder above most and have become my absolute Favorite!! I now use these videos almost every day. Great scenery. Quality filming. A really good and motivating exercise program. An uplifting voice that keeps you going. And upbeat music to keep you in the rhythm. This video deserves "5 stars" on all levels!
I really love the gorgeous scenery and the professional quality filming with beautiful rich colors, perfect lighting, and wide enough angles to see the scenery around you. Most of all, unlike most other videos, there is a very smooth and steady camera. Probably filmed from a motorcycle? If so, I really love it!! The camera still leans into the curves - unlike when filmed from a car - but you don't have the constant shaking from riders when filmed while biking. Nor do you slow down to walking speed uphill, which is so demotivating. The nice and constant smooth speed is a real advantage and adds so much motivation. I much prefer this over cycling videos in real time where bikers slow down uphill to a point where the scenery crawls by at snail speed. Breaking a sweat while not getting anywhere is no fun. Here you get the feeling that you are a trained rider who is coasting up the hills. Yet, you still get a good work out as you have to maintain certain RPMs at certain resistance levels. You still work up a sweat but you get the rewarding and motivating feeling of achieving a decent speed. So much fun!
Back then, I used to detest indoor cycling like cold showers. Every minute of workout felt like an eternity. But these videos, especially this one, get me on my bike every day now. Nor do I get bored doing them over and over again while slowly increasing the resistance levels over the course of weeks and watching my progress in strength, speed and endurance. The other day I rode this video once as work-out and right afterwards again as a cool down with low resistance levels. I enjoyed the whole 62 minutes of it! It just never gets old!
Great job making these fun and quality videos and really good exercise programs. But please tell us what we have to do to get you to make more of these great videos? Do you need any assistance at any part of the process, from filming and recording to editing, publishing, promoting, etc? Please keep building up this channel with new content and I will never have to look elsewhere for my motivational indoor cycling needs. THANK YOU!

Glad I found you! I've been doing indoor cycling videos for a few months and did my first "Tour America Cycling" one today. Went to Zion in the late 1990s, and it was so beautiful to see it again. Looking forward to riding your other videos. Greetings from snowy Manitoba, Canada.

Excellent video. Haven't been to Zion in 22 years and was happy to be back. Also, your dashboard is great because the audio is optional - though I've used the narration/music and it's really solid. Thanks!
