Thanks! Yea glimpsing is tricky in this deck. A good way to start is to just send anything that isn't Shock, DG (but you only need 1), and Danger. Then once you start getting a feel for the list, you'll get better at the judgment calls of what else to keep

We are all *loving* how much Deft Executor has let us continue innovating on the deck. We're working on an updated video to showcase it

What is the plan vs erupting or fireball like decks in general.

Turbo to lvl 3 and hope to kill them before they kill you. Haha
For erupting, if they greed spirit and aren’t optimal in their sequencing, you can kill them t4-5 with a good draw. Keep a lwa in your opener if you see it, since you’ll need double for the kill. Plan B is hope that they don’t respect lineage release + Blanche + fast cure and go for a killshot that they can’t actually finish. Matchup is unfavored if the erupting player is good, favored if they’re bad
For fire Merlin, you have more breathing room. Materialize safeguard amulet as they start getting high in levels to force them to spend the cards to spurn it, potentially delaying their triple fireball turn. If they don’t draw triple fireball, you win. To kill through spirit, you need to Excalibur spirit in the end of their turn, then double lwa them on your turn. The matchup is pretty 50/50. In general I’d say it’s favored, but they can easily just steal games. Maybe 60/40. The prismatic build though is very rough, because wind can rip away your influence making it hard to get your kill shot
Rai is a very challenging matchup, but safeguard amulet does a lot of work here since they don’t run ways to remove it, so they have to force it with a fireball or blast or something. Pop it in response, and they either have to wait a turn, or try to kill you through it, which you can hopefully survive with Blanche/fast cure/lineage release/lwa revealing sights. The matchup is unfavored, but winnable. At this regionals I 1-1’d and 2-0d the 2 rai decks I faced
