There are so many ways to improve your kicks, because there are also so many ways to ruin or degrade your kicks. Do you actively seek out ways to improve and sharpen your weapons? Are there drills that you really like that you feel really improve your techniques?

As a beginner I’m struggling with the roundhouse kick and these drills are definitely helping me, thanks!
I have done videos for low kicks, teeps, stretches, mobility, strength training, etc. Have a look at the video list and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for. Thank you for watching.
Any tips or if possible after back surgery my lower right is pretty screwed up, so I can’t pivot the right hip easy anymore. It’ll sometimes send a painful shock when I do n u fall to the ground only 29 was bs I wasn’t taken seriously younger. Thought about trying to make my left leg the dominant leg? Just never landed any good kicks with the left leg irl. The motion doesn’t feel as natural
That's a tough one. Given the severity of your situation and that fact that you've had surgery I'd definitely seek help from a medical professional. A physical therapist and chiropractor and so on. It would be of great benefit for you to seek guidance on how to recovery your back so you can safely do the things you love to do. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful with this.

one question are you supposed to chamber the kick? or do you not?
Not really in Muay Thai. The roundhouse swings like a bat and not with a snappy foot. If that makes sense. Thank you for the question. 🙏🏽
@@Krufessor_Rad So its sorta like a mix? because i want to try making my kick more powerful but also have more speed.
Pay attention to your arm swing.
