I was too quick in writing my message and when I went back to see you finish up ,you had the dried result. The texture is fantastic . It has certainly dried amazingly well and doesn't need varnish as it's pretty perfect to me. Love from Scotland 🏴 again And me Sandra 🌹🌹
While your end result is fantastic, I actually loved the white center before the 3rd bloom. It was a complete contrast to the ends & highlighted the colors beautifully. Thanks for all of your hard work making these videos. Enjoy watching them!
You certainly can boss paint around like no other artist. It’s impressive to watch. Thank you for teaching us this technique. It’s fun watching you move the composition with the weight of the paint. Agreed. Hella-cool!
Karen, I love you. You are so authentic. I enjoy the way you can laugh at yourself when you make clutsy moves that you know you shouldn't. You are a delight. This piece turned out wonderfully. I enjoy textural art and especially when it's unexpected and adds to the piece. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Love your deconstructed blooms. I have not been a fan of blooms because I dont like flower looking paintings... I like the cells and lacing though.. so this is perfect for me! LOL... and I LOVED the pink painting.. and would love to see how you did the combined finish! Its Gorgeous!
Wow I think its stunning. The colours are amazing and I know what you mean about Glencoe as I'm just over 2 hour drive away. Like you I love all the different areas. Can't wait to see it dried. Love from Scotland 🏴 And Sandra 🌹🌹
This piece is so cool 😎 I did one yesterday and as it was drying it started getting the texture so cool! Got up the next morning and it cracked ######!! Karen you crack me up you’re so hilarious. You now have me saying gubber and you’re other sayings! I love it. You always make my day🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
💖💖💖💖💖So fantastic! Upon the first wrangling...I see parts of butterfly wings...then, with more manoeuvrings - a snorkelling scene..finally, a favourite hike on a limestone, mossy ridge 😊😊😊 In Canada though...not the beautiful Scottish Isle! Beautiful!
First, I love this painting! Really beautifully done. I’m also intrigued by the liquid latex and resin technique, I’ve tried to spot resin paintings with not much success… Sounds like you have the right trick!👏🙏
Yes,please do a video about the way you did the split resin That’s beautiful what you did to the one with the split resin. I love the prism pour colors
Karen, your spilling a cup of paint makes you as human as the rest of the us...I don’t think I have a shirt that doesn’t have paint on it. I have one white one that I spilled magenta on, right between my girls! If anyone says anything, I just tell them I’m number one, that’s what it looks like! I sooo enjoy watching your videos and seeing the end results! I think you’re the “Queen Paint Boss”!!♥️♥️ I love this painting!
wow i really do love this painting. if you really look at you can see a person looking down from a cave and there are other figure in it to just love it ty for this great job
Love the final painting. Enjoyed shopping in your Amazon shop. Placed 3 orders, interesting finds. Patches says hi. Love the picture of you and your artwork on your website.👍
Yes Yes Yes! Please show us how you do the spot resining on that piece this is the second time I’m hearing of this today. I would love to see that. I’m so excited a got some of my golden nickel Azo gold in today because of watching you use it. Can’t wait to try using it. Will be my first time mixing the fluid paint so crossing my fingers. Again love you piece as always. Thanks for another great video I enjoy you so much. Wow the dried result is gorgeous
You are awesome! I appreciate watching your process SO much because its the reality of making good art. Its not instant, (usually) but takes patience, a sense of humor and working it out. Love your art! Stay fearless!!!
I realized after listening to you that I have the heat on when I use the blow dryer. (Hits forehead with palm of hand!). I have to be led through these processes like a child. I will tape it down in the cold setting. I love the colour scheme in this painting.
Liquid latex is such a handy item when using resin. I would love to see how you use it for those awesome pieces. Btw, your practise piece is gorgeous 😍 as is this piece. Love it ❤️
HELLO KAREN , STUNNING STUNNING STUNNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT . IT JUST POPS , N YES THE DECONSTRUCTION OF THIS PIECE IS AMAZING . IT CAME OUT OMGGGG GORGEOUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAY TO GO KAREN . HAPPY POURING / RESIN . ENJOY YOUR JOURNEY .
Brilliant! What a cool look with the intentional 3D resin! I have a piece that I have negative space in flat black to make the color pop, that would work perfectly! I am a big fan of liquid latex. It works like a charm, and it is very satisfying to remove it. I was inspired last night, and I had moderate success. If I understood how to work Instagram, I would put pics up there. I will post on Facebook, though. 👍🏻 my grandkids don’t get regular eggs for Easter, no chance. My little dragons get dragon eggs! Great size to practice a little pour on.
Karen, every time you do a pour I saved this is my favorite one yet. This really may be the case with this one! I adore this piece. It almost reminds me of a huge group of monarch butterflies flying around. Your other pieces are amazing! Love love love your channel!
I really love this painting. Stunning-nothing wise to say. I loved your rookie mistake because I’ve done it too often. Yes, I am a rookie. 🤣 I’m doing much better , but still learning.🎨🙃👍🏼
I'd love to see how you do partial resin on the paintings. Also when doing the blooms are the thickness of all your paints the same consistency? Watching your video they look like they are but when I follow the recipe I've picked from a video my cell activator is way thinner than the base and the pouring medium. And why be professional??? I love watching your videos because you are so down to earth, fun, relatable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Keep being you.
This turned out gorgeous. Love the colors and was holding my breath as you were stretching. For a moment I thought it was getting muddy. But you turned into a beautiful piece in the end. I love it.
Please do the resin video. I have wanted to do that. You mentioned latex, latex??? Paint??? It is very pretty. When I varnish blooms, the paint re activates and washes out.
WHAT Calamity Jane without cussing. Totally professional dude.🤣 Really lovely piece today The texture is intriguing couldn’t get that if I tried, that only happens by a happy accident in my pours. See ya next post.
