I am frequently surprised by how paintings turn out,, but yours provide the biggest surprises. Looks great, you add something, still looks great, add more and I think you have ruined it, then you add again and it turns out incredibly beautiful! A true artist
Wow! Karen, this experiment was fun to play with. I love the wispy clouds with the turquoise. Very interesting how some colors sink and others don't. I dig this pour. It turned out very soothing. The eyes have a place to play in and then rest. The composition I felt is balanced. I enjoyed watching this pour ebb & flow. The pallet knife swipe is a fabulous technique bringing instant magick. This would be awesome on a large canvas. Thanks so much for making this video.
You crack me up with your "how does she even get a good painting I'm such a klutz". All of your work is so good and I'm learning so much from you even your "don't do as Karen does" moments. Karen, my cloud pour paint totally paint bossied me around too! Most of my pretty lines disappeared into the white! I hate that! I'm excited and inspired to try again.
