- The new Versa is finally here! Nissan’s compact car has been a big deal for them, and a modernized version should sell very well. In the era of crossovers, little cars like the Versa are still doing great. While models like the Z and the Frontier deserve updates, the Versa was the oldest “crucial” model for Nissan. I’m expecting a new Pathfinder and a new Rogue soon. With Nissan’s declining financial scenario, the 2020 Versa may be their necessary boost.
Before I shot this video, I drove this Versa. It required some flooring, but it was easy to get it up to speed. While it’s missing some expected features, it has a lot more features you don’t expect!

I like filming cars when I notice there aren't any other videos of them. I noticed the Versa was for sale and the majority of videos were SR models for the press, so I pounced on the opportunity.
I have this car but its in the Monarch Orange. Love my cute little car.
Just purchased a 2020 vs model for my wife. Im changing the light bulb to led. Like the Sr model...we look at the other brands in the same category. This Nissan has everything in tech plus great looking car

I have a 2015 SV and it came standard with power window and power lock. I love the new version of the SV thanks to your thorough review. I want to cash out a new one, and have two.
My 2015 SV does not have some of the features that the newer version have, that I like, such as turn signals on the mirror, keyless ignition start, large LCD screen deck, backup camera.
I bought the orange color one and I am the only one for now to have it in my town. I am turning heads. It is a great car. Looks really cool and it is so fun to drive. Stereo system sounds great also. I am really happy with it.

It’s a decent little car! The lack of keyless access was disappointing, but I know that can be purchased on the SR that isn’t much more money.
@@PenguinPillowPet yes, but still you get a lot for the price you pay. It's basic family car and is ideal with first time buyers who have two kids and don't travel very long journeys

The old one was good as basic transportation, which a lot of the world needs. This new one has a smaller interior and less cargo space, so it basically lost the utilitarian aspect that made the old one so popular.

The Scruff My sister has a 2019 Rogue SV that was built in Japan. Rogues are also built in Tennessee and South Korea, though.

Nissan CVT transmissions are garbage. Hopefully this doesn't have one
It does have a CVT. The trucks have traditional automatics, but most Nissan’s have CVT transmissions. My sister’s old Rogue had a transmission problem at 66,000 miles, but nothing after that.
