***** About Living Traditions Homestead *****
Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too “busy” and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.
We put out 3 new videos every week! Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We hope you will become part of our homestead family by subscribing to our channel and watching as we transition from city dwellers to full time homesteaders!
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

And the garden is a foot deep in snow, thank God that's all we have right now. Use a clamp on the top of each hoop. Love it. Love watching. Stay safe and warm. God bless

I love your Turkey's gobbling in the background. Excellent tutorial on how to build a short or long of a greenhouse required for home or homestead of many sizes. You guys Are great working together. Love all the ideas that you think of. Also on the backside of your homestead prepare a few spots with your tractor and tiller for some 10'x20' plot areas and sow in some different types of deer food. That way you will have something for the deer to browse on. Don't forget to put in corn and any head type grains too. That way it will make hunting a bit easier this next deer season. Keep up the Great work you do.

This is why you guys are my favorite homesteaders. I love your how to videos: they're so methodical and thought out and in depth. No other channel that I've found has your level of real world, practical instruction. I love watching the two of you work, both together and individually, because you've clearly planned out your steps. For example: when you were inserting the pvc hoop pipes into the galvanized support pipes, I wondered how far you knew to shove in the hoops. Then, with the last one, I saw your Sharpie mark. I should have known. The retired high school teacher in me really appreciates how organized and coherent you are. Plus, the turkey laugh track (and at first I actually thought it was a laugh track) is always fun. Thank you for your great content.

To make the wood last longer on the raised planter you may want to add a plastic sheet on the inside surface in order to prevent the wood from dry rotting. Another suggestion is to harvest the rainwater from the roof of all of the greenhouses.

I have learned so much from you guys, thank you so much. The turkeys did steal the show. LOL. I am hoping to put up a smaller version of yours this Spring. God bless all that you put your hands to do.

@@LivingTraditionsHomestead if you wanted a shorter greenhouse how would that effect the greenhouse as far as environment inside?
It’s would be about 5ft tall is that ok?

You guys are awesome, excellent content on details of the greenhouse build, unlike many that leave you wanting more info. And you work so well together, with joy. Fantastic :)
