NICE!! Guys that's is a Cadillac when it comes to a Greenhouse. If I had that I wouldn't need a garden, I could grow everything I needed just in that one green house. LOL God Bless!
Due to the abnormal amount of rain this season my entire garden died, except my black eyed peas! They thrived in it. So now I'm going to repurpose an old 10'x10' pop up canopy and turn it into a small greenhouse. Wish me luck 🤞😃
I do not understand why anyone, let alone 6 people, would give this a thumbs down. I know it happens but it's so childish. Great video guys. Good luck!
There are some vegan/vegetarian sectors that routinely go through and thumbs down any videos with animal/meat production. Childish I guess. Also like my mom she didn't realize that thumbs downing things cuz the story is sad or makes her sad about stuff isn't what the buttons for lol. But she also though LOL meant lots of love lol.
I realize this was supposed to be all about the greenhouse, but what I found the the most impressive was how well the weed fabric held up with men on ladders setting on the fabric.
Hi I am Rana Irfan from Pakistan I watched your all videos with regularly and I also impressed your hens farm shed I have also hen and thinking to convert in free range hens I am also working low cost shed as saw in your videos thanku sir I sending you greeting of both love u from Pakistan.
Love those "V" trusses. Saw them first on Danny & Wanda's channel. (Deep South Homestead). Guess there's no way to throw a pop bottle over that huge greenhouse LOL.
I placed two ordered this weekend from growers solution because of you guys. I ordered 300 feet of 6 foot weed mat on sunday and its shipped. I also ordered a drip system and it already here. We are in Camden tn. Thanks guys.
Can we just take a minute to talk about the way the ground cover has held up through all the construction? I expected to see rips and tears all over it, but it still looks perfect!
I have this ground cover on my garden and it is very durable. I work out of town so this is the only way I can grow due to heavy grass and little time. In short Kevin and Sarah shared this and it has changed my world.
🇨🇱 Kevin and Sarah. I watch all your videos but I hardly comment. Seeing how much you’ve grown you may not even see this comment. However, thank you for keeping this all in one one video rather than doing it in a weekly series. Good luck with the Lemon Tree. 🇨🇱
Brilliant concept. Family sized greenhouses are the FUTURE. People want more food independence and food security, not having to depend so much on supply chains and the unpredictable cost of fuel for their survival.
YAY TENNESSEE!! Two great things that help out people who are serious about growing their own food. Growers Solutions and Greenstalks!! BOTH Tennessee companies!! Made in the U.S.A. Loved it!!
Wow it's huge! The video reminded me of stories of barn raisings when the entire community would get together to help their neighbours. How wonderful for you and Growers Solutions that this opportunity presented itself.
I worked for a grower and they had the high side greenhouses and the 1/2 round extensions on the long sides. The said that if they had known it at the time, they would have bought all high sides because thy could hang pots above the rolling tables, have plants on the tables and pull out wheeled flats for shade plants under the tables.
I'm so happy for you!! Actually, I'm happy for us viewers, too because we get to go along with you on this journey ❤️ In my opinion, Growers Solution should start having teams of people go out and build these large type greenhouses for people. It's a way for them to REALLY REALLY grow their company 😁 God bless
That would definitely be a new job offering for people across the country. We live rural but it's so hard to find people for remodeling or repairs or anything. They either never show up or lag behind in a job or never answer phones. Blessings.
I don’t see how a typical homestead hubby and wife could do this alone. They had 8 people who fully knew what they were doing and a week’s worth of time. Figuring 8 people X 6 hours X 4 days is 192 man hours. A hubby and wife team would take over a month to put that up, working full time every day. I agree with having teams come out and erect the high tunnels. It’d be so worth it.
Danny & Wanda at Deep South built their high tunnel alone...not quite this big. l think the team size for this build was because of filming every step for their demo-video.
@@barbaravickroy7563 understand it can be done, but not in four days! If you choose to do this realize it’s a LONG TERM project and if you both aren’t really skilled, hire a crew!
I liked the idea of laying down a ground cover larger then the structure. It is going to make working around the outside of the greenhouse much more enjoyable. I would suggest you do something about all the nylon straps vibrating/slapping around in the wind. It is going to drive you crazy at some point. Either put a twist or two into each strap or slit some pool noodles and slip them over the straps. Just a thought.
Watching your video, I'm reminded of how much I love Tennessee. My dad is from the general area where your Grower's Solutions people are from, and I'm traveling there this next weekend for a family reunion. What amazingly sweet people they are - just like you.
Speaking from experience, don't drive your tractor on the garden fabric. I had to patch 3 holes made by the tread of the tires. It was the same fabric you use from Grower Solutions.
Much appreciation to Grower's Solutions for doing this build so, we the people, can see exactly how one of these babies really come together. Awesome!!
I have a 20x64' Ht from Growers Solution just like yours. I used pots the first year to see how different plants do in different areas. Easy to move around. It has been a super game changer in growing. We sell at a small local farmers market and allowing use to start and harden plant starts earlier has been amazing. I know the feelings your having right now, WOW. But it won't take long to fill it up, believe me. I am super excited for you guys. I know how much we have enjoyed ours. Super thanks for allowing them to film an instruction video on yours. Instructions are not to bad but the video would be a big help. Happy Homesteading
One avenue you may want to look at is to buy started plants that are not readily available and do an e-commerce business selling on line. The plus side is you have much greater return for your time and dollar invested. In Apopka Florida is a company called Agri Starts. They sell hundreds of different plants from many classes of plants. All are started by tissue culture and grown in a large greenhouse. This avenue would offer a return of $20.00 or more per plant and with your greenhouse size it would offer an excellent living. I sell on the internet and ship to all 50 states. It was one of the best decisions I have made.
You are just the cutest little gal on the planet!! I so enjoy your smile and dimples. This Grandmother is learning so much from you. We all need to be much more self-reliant. I wish I had paid more attention to my own Grandmother! LOL
Would be really easy to build homemade pvc watering system hanging from those overhead pipes. With ball valves in a few location's you could water from either drilled pvc or have drop down hoses for more controlled precise watering. Anything that saves time from manually having to walk around with a water hose or bucket style waterer. Of course I'm curious what all modification's you guy's have planned, maybe some table's at elbow height for doing work. So many ideas, looks like a lot fun!
I have a greenhouse from Growers solution and it took us almost a month to put it together. I can't image how long it would take us to put up one that size. If they would send a crew to put it up I would really be interested because the one I have is filled with tomatoes, peppers, kale, eggplants, Swiss chard, onions, lettuce, carrots, radishes, turnips, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, celery and beets. Love the company. Of all the places I called about greenhouses they were the only ones that were willing to walk me though the planning of what I needed to make it work.
Wow! That house is massive! If you installed water, you could almost live in it! I’m so excited to see what you guys plan on growing in it. Kevin, you could grow not only lemon trees, but what about limes, oranges or grapefruit? Maybe poinsettias in the winter? Whatever you decide to grow, I wish you much success. You two are going to be so busy doing what you love doing. Looking forward to seeing your new venture. God bless.
I'm not sure but how in the world could you and your wife have done that by yourself. If someone orders one that large they're going to have to hire people to help them get that together. That is amazing
Beautiful greenhouse! With that height you can definitely grow your lemon trees, Kevin. Maybe a grapevine? How exciting for you to have 4 season growing possibilities!
We are from Texas and last year bought a 270 farm in Gainesville. We are hoping to be moved there by Oct this year. I grew up farming in N Texas and can’t wait to get back to it! We are OVER the city life… kiddos all grown and moved on..
A lot of companies would have sent a team to do it and would have e calling for progress reports. I find it impressive that the owner came out. Really shows that this company cares.
We have a 30 X 36 ft Polycarb greenhouse from growers supply and I just love it. 10+ years old and still going strong. My husband is not a gardener but he and a friend built this one for me.
I love an American made, owner operated, American supported, company! When the time comes for us to invest in greenhouses this company will be on the top of our list!
Thanks for sharing, I just purchased a 24x96 from a farmer that was selling all his stuff, and I have to say that I am excited to get it installed. I need to clear a space for it, but I had to jump on the deal as I got all but the high sides and the plastic (they were set in concrete so I need to get new ones) all for 1000.00. Had I cough it sooner, I could have got the other two he was selling as well, but such is life. I did however get a brand new shade cloth as well for it for 300.00, as it was the last item he had and he just wanted to get rid of the stuff. looking forward to seeing what you do inside. Mine will be totally off grid, so I am looking for solar/12v stuff to install in it instead of attaching it to the grid. I expect to be able to install it this Fall, but we shall see. God bless and great video.
Well hello lemon tree! Nothings in the way now! Let it rain, storm and snow. It has to be hard to stop your thoughts from reeling with potential set ups! Im so glad it got put up for you guys without storm! God bless! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hi Sarah and Kevin What an awesome greenhouse. I can just imagine the produce you will be growing. This company is impressive. We built a greenhouse in the early 90's similar to yours. We grew orchids. However heating costs here in Ontario, Canada skyrocketed and we had to close. However we still have the greenhouse and the plastic cover is still holding up. Greenhouses are fun. Good luck with yours. Leta
I'm impressed. One suggestion. Why not make a sleeve the length of the covering sheet on one side. Slide lengths of lightweight connecting tubes into the sleeve. Attach ropes to it to make it easy to pull the sheet over the structure without snagging. But no doubt Growers Solutions will come up with their own solution. An interesting video. I doubt you two could have handled it. Keep up the good work.
Believe me, I think they could handle it. It would take longer and Kevin would have to come up with some ingenious ways to do things, but I am convinced Kevin and Sarah can handle whatever they put their minds to.
If nothing else, your a step ahead of most, in being able to still grow your own veg as our climate continues to crumble. As the years have passed we've gone more and more to dedicating space first, to staples. What we eat the most and easiest to store, and grows reliably, in a 20x30' garden, 3 raised beds and many 3, 5, and 10 gallon buckets. Food to last 1 year, harvest to harvest. Would like to see the "nerdy math" on "start to using".......... Ground cloth, the basic kit, add on's, plumbing, irrigation, electrical, lighting, lumber for tables, flats, soil.......... I'll bet it crowds 5 figures! Will be fun to follow. Congrats.
Wow! It's beautiful! I see quality written all over the new addition to your homestead. I've been watching for a long time now and I've seen how hard you work together to accomplish the dreams you have for your lives. You both are truly remarkable people. You've allowed us to come along with you and share a portion of your lives and to see what two people, who love each other, can accomplish through hard work and genuine love for each other and life you've made. I offer my prayers for you and your family that God continues to bless you on your journey. Thank for letting me "ride along"❤

How awesome for you! I bet Kevin and Sarah wanted to get in there and help put it up, lol. It must have been hard to sit back and just watch. Good luck with all your future plans in there. Hey, Danny has a banana tree in his... can you try one so far north of him?
Congrats on the new green house. Enjoy and many successes in the future.I 've been watching so long, I feel that you're part of my extended family. My favorite RUclips channel.
That’s awesome y’all. Can’t wait to see all you do in the new greenhouse. Grower Solutions seems like a great company and I love that they are family owned and made in the USA. I just started with a small kitchen garden this year and I hope by the time I retire in 5 years I’ll be able to install a HighTunnel greenhouse and I will remember Grower Solutions.
Had a flash! moment at the beginning where I thought the drone was a UFO. lol!!! I'll come back later to watch the rest of the video when I'm not multi-tasking.
Raised metal gardenbeds would work for you in this situation. If you place them lengthways you should get 2 to 3 on each side of the door channel (depending on bed width). If you place them cross ways with the channel in the middle, you can get lots of individual beds, allowing separation of individual crops. Place a bee hive into one of the corners (with access to water). Honey & veg, yum. If you get reactions from honey bees, you MIGHT be able to have an Australian native bee hive. Tiny, stingless bees that are black and are smaller then a fly, but they are not cold tolerant at your winter temps (can't handle freezing temps without protection). Their hives are miniscule compared to a standard hive, about the size of a garden birdhouse and could be hung from one of your braces. In your climate you maynot be able to harvest the honey, but you would have an inbuilt pollination station.
How the Veggie Boys work in the greenhouses could definitely get Living Traditions some brainstorming ideas on how to use the greenhouses full potential!
Now that is an awesome idea for GS and also for everyone - great business idea! This is how MY America works! Love it! Wow, that is just totally amazing!!!
Cookeville, TN is just a hop, skip and a jump away from me (I'm just outside of Nashville, TN.) Glad this Volunteer state company is doing such an awesome job for my favorite homestead family.
Whoa! Plain shirts today? Kevin's shirts always say something. I find them rather amusing. Oh, I love that early morning fog on day 3. First order of business for the new greenhouse is that lemon tree that Kevin wants. You can also put other warm weather trees in their - one for each corner.
Looking forward to your family enjoying Lemonade, Lemonade bars, Lemon meringue pie, strawberry Lemonade and so many uses for lemons in meals and all your exciting options!
I noticed that also when the guy was pounding in the first poll manually and thinking there was no way. Kevin I remembered your discussion about hernia surgeries from that process without the pounder. That greenhouse is spectacular. So happy for you both.
Beautiful! Made in the USA! Yes! I can definitely see a lemon tree in one corner and a bannana tree in the other and plants hanging and people walking past tables buying plants at one half with tons of thngs growig in the other half :)
WOW now that is a greenhouse awesome size and great idea having a large tractor door access you will really enjoy that when you start moving dirt.. Can't wait to see what's next. Any chance of letting us know what the cost of that size might be? thanks as always for the great adventure and interesting content.. Alan and Margaret from Ontario Canada, love what you guys are doing
I believe someone commented $5000. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I believe they better put down boards to drive the tractor on because the tires will sink down possibly on that beautiful weed cloth and then ya can’t correct it! It’s perfect for what you’re going to do and I’m so thankful for y’all, can’t wait to see your harvest!

That’s awesome. I was thinking why not use solar for the fans
Well hello lemon tree! Nothings in the way now! Let it rain, storm and snow. It has to be hard to stop your thoughts from reeling with potential set ups! Im so glad it got put up for you guys without storm! God bless! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I had forgotten all about this!
Hi Sarah and Kevin
What an awesome greenhouse.
Leta
Wow! That's valuable information.
Thanks.👍
We get to enjoy the good life vicariously through your videos.
What a wonderful company, they worked so well together in their timing. I am so happy for you guys!
If nothing else, your a step ahead of most, in being able to still grow your own
veg as our climate continues to crumble. As the years have passed we've gone
more and more to dedicating space first, to staples. What we eat the most and
easiest to store, and grows reliably, in a 20x30' garden, 3 raised beds and many
3, 5, and 10 gallon buckets. Food to last 1 year, harvest to harvest. Would like to
see the "nerdy math" on "start to using"..........
Ground cloth, the basic kit, add on's, plumbing, irrigation, electrical, lighting, lumber
for tables, flats, soil..........

That is one ginormous structure wow! I wanna see lots and lots of colorful flowers! Nice job guys.
Enjoy and many successes in the future.I
've been watching so long, I feel that you're part of my extended family. My favorite RUclips channel.
You are the most blessed and beautiful family , Be more blessed .
You guys must be over the moon happy. I'm so happy for you guys, can't wait to see it full.
The possibility are endless.
Wow! What a nice green house.🤗
GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I'm so happy for you and the channel is a blessing too me,so it's a win--win.Thank you😉
Raised metal gardenbeds would work for you in this situation.
Watch Veggie Boy's on RUclips, they grow so much in their greenhouses.
@Back 40 Life nah !
How the Veggie Boys work in the greenhouses could definitely get Living Traditions some brainstorming ideas on how to use the greenhouses full potential!
I have. They're great. Good family
Now that is an awesome idea for GS and also for everyone - great business idea! This is how MY America works! Love it! Wow, that is just totally amazing!!!
That is one incredible greenhouse, from an amazing company! Such a blessing! Looking forward to sharing your journey!
Cookeville, TN is just a hop, skip and a jump away from me (I'm just outside of Nashville, TN.) Glad this Volunteer state company is doing such an awesome job for my favorite homestead family.
What a beautiful addition to the homestead. Can't wait to see what ya'll decide to do with it 🤗
Whoa! Plain shirts today? Kevin's shirts always say something. I find them rather amusing.
Oh, I love that early morning fog on day 3.
First order of business for the new greenhouse is that lemon tree that Kevin wants. You can also put other warm weather trees in their - one for each corner.
Good Morning Living Traditions ...This is a Blessing💜
Looking forward to your family enjoying Lemonade, Lemonade bars, Lemon meringue pie, strawberry Lemonade and so many uses for lemons in meals and all your exciting options!
Love your new greenhouse. Wish we had more land to fit one. Can't wait to see what you do.
I bet the guys appreciated the use of the gas post pounder!
I noticed that also when the guy was pounding in the first poll manually and thinking there was no way. Kevin I remembered your discussion about hernia surgeries from that process without the pounder. That greenhouse is spectacular. So happy for you both.
Great point. I also love good customer service.
I love seeing the faces behind family owned and operated businesses. They're just regular dudes, just like us. That's refreshing.
I 100% support.
Good morning! That is awesome, we are so excited for you!! You can do so much with that HT. Could you please tell me what % shade cloth that is?
Growers solution will give you a quote when you call them and tell them the specs you'd like! The wood and doors are extra.
@@dorothyallen3614 that happened with the last greenhouse they put up when they were filling the raised bed inside it with compost! I'm sure they will be more careful now.
@@SageandStoneHomestead Yes glad you remembered where it happened, thanks. Hope you kind people are doing well also.
@@dorothyallen3614 thank you we are well. Hope the same is true for you! ❤❤
Thank you Kevin & Sarah for making the time to create such wonderful content. After watching this video and making our research, we made the decision to purchase our 24x48 HW from Grower's Solutions as well! We are ready to "brake ground" and wanted to ask if you removed the grass before installing the fabric ground cover. Thanks again!
I’m so excited to see what you do with it. I never miss a video!
BEAUTIFUL video on day 3 with the fog casting over the farm!
LOVE Grower's Solution... seem like great guys!
That is terrific! Can't wait to see how the greenhouse is utilized on your homestead.
Watching and grinning from ear to ear! What an exciting addition!
Beautiful greenhouse sophisticated farming, I'm excited to see plants 🍃 on Winter 🏂 time.
CONGRATULATIONS Sarah and Kevin! It looks like a CATHEDRAL of Farm Fellowship :-) Good luck with your new endeavors! Grower's Solution rocks!
