Shud make pawn only on a6 and Ra8right? Then King march to a file and can hide at a7 before transferring rook to Rb8-Rb6- with idea pushing the pawn to a7 and Kb8...must make the Kingside pawn fixed though

how is this a terrible game? white has an extra pawn and black is low on time... why would esipenko offer a draw without even trying?
