Thank you for this great conversation 🙏❤️ 45:00 I had a similar experience with the dangerous ignorance of US psychiatric profession with my own mental health struggles. I’ve realized that my primary struggle is feeling disconnected from nature and having a tribe. I live in Texas and am hoping to find a better place to live.
Thank you for sharing! I think there are more of us out there than we realize who have confronted issues with western psychiatry. It is hard to engage that conversation, be heard and understood, and to have an open minded dialog with current practitioners. We have basically zero scientific understanding of our consciousness in any meaningful sense, and even our scientific understanding of the physical brain is very rudimentary. Psychiatric care and awareness of mental health is in big need of an overhaul and getting back to simpler techniques rooted more in well-being, not just using pharmaceuticals in order to make a patient easier to keep in a cage and "under control". Good luck on your journey, I hope you are able to find community and purpose in Texas, and if not, that you can find a better place to be. Take care
Lee! So wonderful to "see" you again and listen to the parts of your life you shared! Thank you! I was wondering if the first contact between you and Ayav. was when we met? Beautiful interview with beautiful people! X

Thank you! Excellent interview, great questions.
I'm doing a thousand chores now, but this interview rocks me as I carry on. You both deserve medals.
Thank-you Dennis, for your ongoing work to keep this pushing itself into the forefront of our love for these movements forward!
