    Crushing it! Nice work!! Just curious - I know the last set was non-aero. If I can't stay aero, I will try to alternate i.e. 2 minutes non aero then 2 minutes aero. I am not pushing 300 watts, but do you ever break up the hard sets that way? Any other suggestions/thoughts?

      Yes! Usually for long (20+ minutes) intervals around race pace, especially if on the trainer I will do something similar. Usually 4 min aero / 1 min seated or something similar
