MVG is playing at a very high level, the best I’ve seen him in some time but Ridz is playing like the unplayable MVG of a few years ago. It will be a great match but I can’t see anyone stopping Ridz from winning the tournament if he maintains his current form 🏆🎯

Its funny with the 100+ average question because nowadays the standards of Darts is so high more people are hitting 100+ avg that its like its being normalized whereas back then only Taylor was hitting them in his era and only a few during MVG's dominance to beat him. Hell even a 9-darter used to be a rare achievement but its like we're expecting one in every tournament now. The standard is so high now.
I could go back and try to count the number of times MVG has said that about Peter but that would send me into an early retirement. The players all talk; either trying to get in the heads of the other players (which I doubt works) or to motivate themselves (I doubt that works). All the talk goes out once you hit the oche and mind games are all put into one's head by themselves not the opponent. Granted you may think "I need to hot this because he will take out that 123". MVG just go up there and dominate, play well and win or play well and get beat or get smashed.

I don't agree with Luke playing not well. This was a much closer game then it looked. Wright looked so strong because he had not one weak moment in the game. If Wright would not have trown a co of 70% or one weak moment during the game, than this could have gone the other way.
