Well done, I like the fact that you used lime to wash the chicken to remove the smell
However you should not cut ingredients over the fire it's dangerous
Also you save time by telling people grind your ingredients with grinder or the local way to save time and show the end product of the prepared ingredients, long videos are off puting everything will enter 10- 15 max
