  • Say hello to my tiny new printer: the Kingroon KP3S!
Kingroon was so kind and asked if I'm interested in the KP3S. It's a little budget friendly 3D-Printer with a build volume of 180x180x180mm. I said YES to the cooperation because of two facts: 1. It has a direct drive extruder which is perfectly for printing flexible filaments like TPU. I have a spool of TPU laying around for quite a while and I think there are several projects where I could use it. 2. It uses precision linear rails for both the x- and y-axis. Could get interesting for the smaller, more detailed prints.
You will find the Kingroon KP3S here:

As Kingroon has sent me this printer for free to try it and share my experiences I have to mark this as AD. I will share more content to this little device on my Instagram page!

Hello, thank you for this demonstration of a machine that seems very interesting.
On the aliexpress link there is a lot of models, what motor driver do you have on your model?
    Thanks in advance.

Does it need to be plugged to the PC? Or a micro SD card can be used to print?

It would have been nice if you shared some more details about the TPU profile you used, I can recommend some settings to those having troubles with printing with TPU...
having a bigger nozzle helps a a lot, around 0.6-0.8, use minimal retractions settings, lower the speed and have 220.C

it's a clone V6 hotend with PTFE, stay below 240 C unless you mod to all metal. Besides the annoying touchscreen interface that's flat on printer (add octoprint anyway), it is otherwise great printer out of the box.

It needs a mosfet upgrade, the barrel jack isn't designed for over 5 amps

I hate video's with music and no narrative like this one. So you printed TPU... Without sharing the profile, explaining how you got there this is useless to other users and pretty much click bait.
