    I am impressed on your videos on the KP3S - considering that you have so many in your print farm - you must have immense confidence on the performance of these machines. I am tempted in purchasing the KP3S PRO, if set properly (also in CURA) will this printer be good enough in printing fairly good gaming miniatures? I know resin is better, but I live in an apartment and it wouldn't be practical. Thanks

      Resin is very dangerous if your not setting a dedicated lab environment with proper PPE.
      yes im extremely confident in the kp3s. For out of the box user friendly its the best one and provides really good print quality. Looks like the pro will be next best one to buy.

    dude you just got a follow.. been trying to level the bed on my new kp3s pro and I couldnt for the life of me do it right... this video did it for me in 10 minutes or less.
    wonder if same concept would apply to my cr10 s5 lol

    • @3DPrintsEverything
      @3DPrintsEverything  Год назад +1

      Yes it should but if you have bl touch you will then do the auto leveling after doing the manual leveling

      @@3DPrintsEverything yep that much I know, but since i got the cr10 s5 I havent been able to get as smooth a level as I did with the kp3s 😁 hope that doing it like this will help a lot.

    These little printers are such a little workhorse I watched an older video and pulled the trigger I have the prusa mini, mk3s and voron but this little printer I am glad to have in my fleet still haven’t bought it’s big brother but I do need a second mk3s how are your feelings about the kp5? Just as good as the kp3s?

    • @3DPrintsEverything

      We also use the KP5L. It's a great printer, but not quite as great as the smaller version.

  • @Arsat74
    @Arsat74 2 года назад +2

    strange. My KP3S needs first a correction because he does not print centrally with the standard KP3S Cura profile and I have to change the end code because otherwise he dumps 2 times in y at the end of the print.

    • @3DPrintsEverything
      @3DPrintsEverything  2 года назад

      Thats odd. try to update the firmware maybe?

    • @Arsat74
      @Arsat74 2 года назад

      @@3DPrintsEverything why ? because it does not print in the center ? many KP3S models have this. Can be read in the official Kingroon facebookgroup. You just have to adjust the X under device properties in the extruder (for most probably helps -6.0).
      Allegedly, this is due to Cura because Prusa probably does not have the problem. I have never checked.
      That he bangs because of the end code 2x in the Y is also normal. It stands in the end code Y200 and 300 at the end of the print, but the Bed is only 180... that must bang.
      Therefore delete one of the two lines and change one to Y160.
      Is but also a known problem with the Curaprofil
      I'm more surprised that you do not know that with so many KP3S :)
      are both known problems.
      Ps: If you have changed the Y once and Cura only always installed over it, he takes over from the old Cura settings. perhaps you have that set times before long times the Endcode

    Love your videos! I've actually bought two KP3Ss and will possibly buy more in the future. I am getting an intermittent X-layer shift at the same height of about 3". I've tried SanDisk SD formatted and I've also tried putting some hot glue on the X-stepper motor connector. Have you run into this issue yourself?

      @@3DPrintsEverything Yeah, everything is tight. I was able to level the bed but it has an obvious slant. It prints fine it's just not square lol

    • @justageekygamer
      @justageekygamer Год назад

      @@WhiteRavenMobility you may have to carefully smack the piece of metal that the aluminum extrusion attached to by removing the bottom cover, removing the z axis, and then taking the z axis plate and unscrewing it from the sides of the base. That happened to my printer after I dropped it on concrete

    Thank you for these videos…I am going to buy a Kingroon 3D printer for my daughter as Christmas present. She’ll probably make landscapes and figurines for her DND campaign.
    Which filament should I buy and where can I get that gold Kingroon mat?

      Kingroon also sells the build plates you can buy from me at 3dprintseverything@gmail.com or from their website. ill make only a couple bucks if you buy from me but eitherway if you get her one thats all that matters :)
