The fry meal (which is finely milled) corn meal and seasoned I like bcuz I’m ol school 🤷🏾♀️ I do 1/2 corn meal 1/2 flour w/seasoning, panko for scallops. It’s a choice 🤷🏾♀️, this fish house finely grain saltine crackers which is good also but as I mentioned it’s a 👩🏾🍳 choice. All of it looks divine 🤤🤤🤤 tfs grt8 job 💫💐💫🥰

this looks awesome was the mussels fish fry or breadcrumb coating? i'll have to do this for my next seafood platter.. i did a seafood boil for brunch today it was so good mussels crab claws potatoes corn i use lemon garlic butter sauce.
Also I do believe that the shell gets softer, I mean the do fry soft shell crabs 🦀 that shed there top shell. I think the fried crab legs is for presentation, but look good

That’s how fried crabs are..People usually use Dungeons Crabs. So good. I can tell you never had it before..
I'm wondering the same thing because its already in the shell. It must be difficult. Nonetheless everything looks delicious.
