@@sumitsharma-us2sl I have changed multiple companies in my career, reasons... 1. They were getting more unemployed people who were demanding less salaries, so the managers decided to hire for less. Of course they gave other reasons, confidential, so even I don't know. 2. One telecom company used to ask us to do overtime almost everyday for virtually no extra payment, I did overtime for 6 months without pay, but after 6 months I joined an advanced degree course and wanted to attend only weekend classes, but the manager refused even that, manager kept forcing me to do overtime specially on weekend, and when I said No, that's when they started harassing me, first they changed my shift timing to make me uncomfortable, then they started auditing my performance everyday, more than other executives, then they started sending me to HR for lame reasons like I go to washroom too often, even when I don't even smoke, I take longer breaks, even when only just a few time I was late by 5 minutes, I was sent to HR office, my targets were being monitored extra carefully and when they saw that I am still not ready to give up, the manager started literally shouting at me in front of everyone in the office for the slightest mistake, and started threatening me to fire, and that's when I asked a few tough question as how this small thing can lead to termination and other employees favored me, so he backed off and after a week he made my performance report in such a way that I was looking a burden on the company and then again I was sent to HR, who ultimately asked me politely to resign with 30 day period to find another job, I tried to reason my botched up report and tried to tell how I was being harassed for overtime, to which HR politely said that reasons are confidential and can't be discussed, also I should not be complaining about forced overtime because it's industry's trend to milk the employees like that and that she can't do anything in this regard. I got the idea and left the job immediately and that turned out good for me because I was stuck in this company for many years and never tried any other company and after leaving this company I joined an MNC with almost double the package. So guys, if you think you are working hard for the company and in turn company will also look after you, then you are at fault, do your job with full devotion and be always ready to switch, also try to invest some money every month in bonds or safe shares and you will be always free from worries. Companies are never your friend, they are using you, and doing that very badly, they may say that they are doing favors to you by paying you but without you they will be out of business, for these companies, you are either an asset or a liability, not a human being, they don't care if you fall sick or you have some other problems, they mean business, as long as they are making profit by using you, you will keep working for them, if they see they are getting same skills in less pay, they will fire you in no time. That's why west out source their menial jobs to third world countries, so that they get the work done in less pay and that leads to more profits, they don't bother about their own citizens loosing jobs, indian businesses have similar mentality. You are either an asset or a liability to the company, they don't consider you a human, you are just a resource for them, Human Resource.

You termination reason is confidential don't tell any one.
What is the reason?
It's confidential even you can't know your termination reason.
termination most of time is never underperforming, it is mostly manager don't like or sometimes employee is oversalaried(as per their manager's perspective, whereas in reality which is just fraction of their own).
@@sumitsharma-us2sl termination cannot be done by manager. If poor performance then PIP will be given also a person can opt out of the project and move to a new project.

@@sumitsharma-us2sl totally agree with you
@@sumitsharma-us2sl I have changed multiple companies in my career, reasons...

@@rohitb405 In reality chai and Cigerattewalas on the outside of Tech parks are earning more than the employees who are working inside the Tech parks.
And more importantly they are leading a happy and satisfied life than IT employees
The same thing has happened to me back in August 2014. I was in shock, disappointed and even though my quality score has always been on top and my name has come up once among the top performers of a particular month as well. I was praised by the quality team as well as my team leader. Everything was fine, until I protested about some unethical thing that was happening within the process, as well as the misbehavior that my team leader was doing. In tcs there is a policy named as "respect to individuals" and everyone has to abide by tht. I reported the same to our HR, and she has taken steps, the team leader got bad rating, bt wht I didn't know is a long conspiracy were happening behind my back, without me even knowing. And exactly the same way as they did here I have been asked to leave few months later. I wasn't strong like this girl. It was my dream job. I was depressed, I couldn't blv it fr months. For me my career was destroyed. I had to take counseling and even to date I really didn't overcome it. But thankfully I had the support of my family, specially my mom and now finally I am doing better, had a job , not a dream one, but going along for the time being.
You are much stronger than you think. All the best good days are coming.👍
You rock.
Always.
Its ok to be a looser.
shd i stay in tcs forever as permanent job security.
RUclips: let's make u nervous
Me : but I'm unemployed.
RUclips: exactly
😂😂 mera mindvoice 😂
Same 😂😂
And I am an engineering student, i.e., unemployed.
😅😅😅
Lol :D
Those who disliked are from HR background

Calmness in disaster, that’s the definition of a professional.
Exactly, I am Punjabi and I swear we don't like working in these fake ass corporate jobs ,where everyone is fake and I swear I will beat the shit out of this HR's and abuse the shit out of them .
It's very hectic to work in TCS and also nepotism and manager are also shows their power to defame junior employees.
is it really hectic? I am in my 4th year and have recentently accepted the offer letter. I dont want to live my life in a toxic environment...
:(
@@daruiraikage If you are very good in technical then don't waste your time in TCS. Seniors and Managers will not recognize you even if you worked hard. I suggest to start your career in product based companies like Amazon solutions, PWC, Deloitte etc and if you really want to work in service based companies then go for capgemini, Accenture or IBM. TCS, CTS and Wipro are not good for freshers. They will not teach you anything and you will waste your time to learn IT politics and useless management stuff.
@@techgyan495 I see, thanks for the insight. I unfortunately do not have strong technical skills. I am blank when it comes to DSA and have no real developmental background.
Just another third tier college graduate.
Is tcs good enough for someone like me? Almost impossible for me to get placed in product based companies.
I have heard tcs is like a govt. job, no real work load. Lots of formalities only. And politics as you said.
As long as they pay me 25k monthly, and dont overwork me like a donkey, I think i would survive.
Other service based companies stopped hiring my batch.
@@daruiraikage Please don't choose TCS as your first company .
I am also a college graduate and I have offer from TCS and another small Service based company with specialization in ICT. Will a small company better than TCS?
This is so descent and professional with the employee getting paid a huge severance package!!!!!I had an "andhra vallu don" shouting at me !
This girl is a real performer. She gave a befitting answer to the injustice done to her.
So the heres what ive got from this.
HR: youre being fired, this is the compensation.
Emp: why?
HR: your performance, and buzz words, scalability!!
Emp: i was'nt a bad performer!
HR: no its not because of your performance but its your performance and scalability and buzz words.
Emp: whats scalability ?
HR: I cant tell you that, its a secret.
So this emp was let go without letting her know the reason?
So these HR's are basically an email in human form.
U r right bro and the HR Lady cant let the fired employee speak. Also, how can data be confidential if its about the concerned employee who is being fired..this is his personal data. Bloody foolish HR Lady thinking she is over smart.
Sadakchap HR's knows nothing. TCS is full of it hired from cheap local colleges
You can't raise a question on the ratings given by your immediate manager.... Company and manager looks at the employee from 360 angle and one should never comment on hikes and appraisal... This becomes blackmail to the company that give me this hike else I'll leave... Boss you can't blackmail the company.... Get your facts right first......
@@mohitchauhan6153 dude, nobody said about blackmailing anyone. Blackmailing employer or employee are both wrong and deserve punishment. Also, about "you can't raise questions over promotion/hike", you are wrong. You, as an employee, have every right to know why you deserve so much of hike to improve yourself or to know if you are underpaid. What you are saying is a culture of dictatorship. Mind that.
@@charlieoocharlie9466 dude understand this when she has guts to record the HR conversation and made it public, understand what she has been doing into the company and could have done in near future... It's very simple, if someone feels manager is biased and it's the outcome of politics better look for a change... Coz you cant change the
