And now I'm selected for final round interview. Not going to join this toxic place, rather want to live my life peacefully.

They acted as if they only care about numbers. Not just me, my friend also got recruited along with me. We both quit. They give dhamki about attendance and Loss of Pay. I used to work from 8Am till 10PM still got loss of pay. The pressure was so much that I decided to quit.

Their fees are going to be same as offline and this online medium also suits their working hours and work from home so its a choice based work. Now about the equipments needed to make these contents. Dear if you know these contents can be made even on easy platforms if not elaborative or catchy that way, it would be still explainable to kids. The problem is in this company any guy who is out of the college with just 1 year of experience can become a manager and is given team to handle with unrealistic targets, hence leads to toxic work culture.
I have worked in byjus for 10 months.
Issue is not this person but upper management who make any guy with just 1 year of experience a manager, that's why in big companies generally managers have 10+ years of experience because they know how to handle teams and tasks.
I know it's easy to blame him, and i am not defending his behaviour but with such little experience every nice guy in that company will turn out like this only after sometime, i do agree there were few good managers who were still calm but they were very rare.
If it's one person then it's an individual who is to blame, if almost all managers are like this then it's a culture issue of company.

"remember the price is almost like 36,000 idk the exact amount "

@Deepmani Mathur I feel sorry for you if you've endured Byjus.
All I'm saying buddy is that Byjus must not be our yardstick to determine whether a job is worth doing.
I don't know about PSU but PSBs (especially SBI) are known for treating their employees like shit.
India is indeed going through tough phase in terms of employment.
But we deserve better treatment. It's our right. May be you'll find something even better. Stay intact.

@Deepmani Mathur U really working in a bank? Government bank mein bhi 3rd tier bank hoga.
I have been in the Baap of All Banks, SBI and the pressure was second to none. No one talked like this, but there was an underlying acerbic tone. We catered to all sorts of customers and we were cudgeled into cajoling them to buy insurance, and not when they desired but when we had to meet targets.
Government banks are no longer the Friend to the Common Man. They are money-chasing, conniving and running a fiduciary racket in the name of insurance and mutual funds, where they want you to invest where they get the maximum profit.
You are too new...The new bride only knows about the mushy stuff. As she spends more time, she knows what runs in the house.

They demand a revenue of 1.8 to 2 lacs per week from each BDA and if that guy is on zero from last 2 weeks a normal manager in Byjus would torture and humiliate him so badly in such an abusive language that he would resign himself. And the same pressure is coming from the higher hierarchy to the AGM~ Senior Manager~ Manager ~ BDAs. It's just a pathetic sales company with a very toxic work culture.

The way i look at it. The employee is very annoying. The manager is screaming at the top of his lungs to convey only one point which is " If there's no revenue, then there's no salary". End of discussion.
If he can't make sales then either the product is not good enough or he is not good enough.
The culture of the company cannot be blamed, coz if you have no revenue, you have no company and therefore no culture.

Every day he wakes up at 8 , attends conference at 10 listening to all the bullshit the manager spit, then my mom makes breakfast for him at 10:30 and he have his breakfast probably around 1-1:30 ( yeah, the same breakfast mom served at 10:30) , skips lunch . By 5 PM he can only eat junk food which I bring him everyday( he's kinda addicted to it due to shortage of time). By the time he finished his work it's 11: 30 . He sleeps at 2. My mom won't sleep without seeing my brother eat but doctors suggested my mom to sleep as early possible. It's kinda heartbreaking see what my brother has been going through.
