As Copper got out of the battle, people were quick to realize he looked different. Even his theme seemed more like Xoerp's. After scientists analized Copper's DNA, they found out the truth: he had gained new abilities, for example, he could run faster, which might explain how he got in the portal on time, at the end of his battle with Xoerp, and also got the ability to go back in time, weird, it's just like Xoerp... After looking more intensly at Copper and the only footage they had of Xoerp, they came to a conclusion: Copper's new abilities costed him his look, and part of himself. He was now half Copper, and half influenced by Xoerp. The Silly Scientists are currently trying to invent a cure, which they named the "Xoerpper cure". Could Copper still be able to defeat Xoerp and other bad cats in this state ? Only time will tell, wish the scientists good luck !

its a high chance that xoerp did something to copper, making him look like xoerp.

copper managed to absorb some of xoerp's power, but with a side effect looking like him, and probably xoerp trying to control copper.
in the pinned message, its said these new abilities have come at a cost. the cost is unknown, although its probably something bad later on.
its not the last of xoerp, and he WILL come back in a short time.
update:i think i figured how he got the abilities
xoerp INTENTIONALLY sent him these abilities with the side effect of weakening copper OR controlling him later on.
he was holding back the entire time.
