"No" is a complete sentence! Love this!!!
Glad it was helpful!
Hi, I'm a Brazilian accountant and I'm looking to start a career as a bookkeeper in the USA. Your contents are very good. Thank you, keep it up.
Thank you so much. Best of luck to you.
Thanks for sharing. Reflecting the same mistakes, in the previous clients... i love the word "no" as the complete sentence. There are really clients who are not fit to work with. Thanks for sharing the right words to say.
You are so welcome!

Thank you for addressing some of the pain points of working with clients. One topic that I'm curious about is how to work with a client's CPA. I've had only one experience with this. The CPA gave very vague instructions typically and it was all around a stressful experience.
I had the same experience with my client's CPA too. Completely ignores any of my emails. But then I started cc'ing my client to the emails I sent for transparency purposes, so she knows that I'm working on her books. When I include her in my emails her CPA replies in a day or two.
I find that it's best to speak the CPA's language as much as possible and to be confident when talking to clients' CPAs. Ask questions if you don't understand. Also keep in mind that many CPA's don't understand how to use QuickBooks and that's why their instructions can sometimes seem vague.
Great message and useful to hear it from someone so successful. Thank you.
You're welcome.
