I don't really like the ML's that look like they have been cut from wood out of my Nan's sideboard, but the new stuff with the nice paint jobs are much more tempting...
Its my first year wedding anniversary on Monday, I'm pretty sure my wife would love a ghost fret as a gift even though she doesnt play guitar. She will be happy that I thought outside the box. She is probably expecting a trip up to cornwall or something but this will surprise her so much that she will cry tears of happiness....lol
Just watched this video, like what u do Henning. BUT why do u say Floyd Roses's are dofficult and makes u change strings more often?? I only play with FR's and never any problems with braking strings or anything such. And they look stunning!! :)
Haha, excellent! Rabea and Henning together in a video. Seems strange...but cool! Henning, what's the big deal with Floyd Roses?I have them all three of my guitars. If you're not changing string gauge there isn't any of this setting up business you're on about. It takes 20 minutes to change strings. Is that so much? OK, you need a back-up guitar live in case of a string break, but on the other hand you sometimes don't need to tune for two weeks! :-)
To be fair, yes. I'd got really used to my Parker Fly trem. You can change strings, even of different gauge in about 5 mins tops, and never have to worry about locking nuts and all that crap. I've always got a spare guitar for live, but I could replace a single string in 30 seconds probably (faster than finding the packet) if needs be. The other day I changed strings for the first time in a couple of years on my very seldom used Jackson with a Floyd, and boy did I get reminded what a pain in the ass it is if you change tunings/gauge. Although if I went back to a floyd on my main guitar I'd HAVE to fit a Tremol-no and it wouldn't be QUITE so bad.
Henning is just being Henning. This is Bea version 1.0 and today we have version 2.0. He looks totally different here than now. His skills are still mad though!
+Péter Nyeste my thoughts exactly. If it is not a hipshot bridge, it should not be called a hipshot. That is like calling any trem system a "XYZ floyd"
+Péter Nyeste hahah splitting hairs a bit.... from the way this comment reads, it seems like that really ruined your day man.... it's a korean hipshot style bridge... jeez
I wanted to buy a Chapman rebea sig from the Seattle show and Riff City brought ZERO guitars to sell at the show.. What the fuck? They said it would have been a logistics issue? You gotta be kidding. You load up a few of each and and if they sell out then say that.. unfucking real
in what way? none of them "feel" like a gibson. but thats not what i would be comparing. the beauty of the chapman is the reduced cost for the best quality possible. The most expensive Chapman guitars clock in at 6-700 GBP, (900-1000 USD), and can compete in terms of quality with guitars at twice their pricetag. i have the ghostfret, robs signature (check out my review), and i wouldnt trade it for any of the gibo LPs. its neck through, seymour duncans, flamed maple top and comes with a hardcase, for less than half the cost of an LP standard. tracking that logic back the other way, if i had 4-600 GBP to spend, i wouldnt look at epiphones or entry gibsons, id get an ML2 or ML1 and have the shop install mods for the rest of the budget. bang for buck, i dont think any company provides a better instrument. there are better guitars to be had, certainly, but they are well into the point of diminishing returns. for 1400-2k GBP id have an amp, cab and ghost fret instead of a gibson or PRS. sorry i waffled / essayd. but everyone needs to try a chapman guitar out. go for the higher end, its better than the sma epriced lower end instruments from larger companies and their subsiduaries. Seb
+EytschPi42 It's the gold top version with some upgrades, like SD pickups and such. generally ML-2s are awesome, although definitely on the heavier side of things.
I see! It's the old "Ibanez-es-es-es" problem! Well, I think It would be easier with JacksonS, StratS, GibsonS, or ChapmanS. ;) But I think 'Ibanezes' is the correct way to pronounce it.
You better give Rob and Rabea big wet sloppy kisses. If I wasn't watching their NAMM vids I wouldn't have discovered yours. you're a super funny dude Keep it up!
fastfinger6 I think it’s hideous. Sorry. Cheap guitars for guitarists that know very little. You have e to save up for a $200 Guitar u know you’re in serious trouble or your fanbase are teens.
Whats that about? you cant say "Strat" but everyone knows what you mean by "S" type ... so why not just say "Strat", they should be grateful of the advertising, Are they that stuck up themselves ?? CAP10 America is some sexy shizzle yes? or the Nordic ...damn, I need more money!
Paul Callaghan , yes exactly . The Fender Marketing people are a bit short sighted on this I think . It can only be good for folk to mention their name or Models in relation to their own product. This kind of thing put me off buying the Fender stuff as it makes me think they are quite an uptight and rather worried bunch of people. Any way every one knows that the Fender stuff is great and bench mark , which is why people mention them in referance terms. Good luck to all the new manufactures who are doing a great job of bringing nice looking awsomely playable guitars to market , like Chapman .
Yup, Fender like Gibson - have vanished up their own arses; I hope they suffer too and want to see a whole plethora of new axes and companies out there giving value for money - Take us the buying public for granted and do the exclusive bs on us and we're just walk you over-bloated tw@s. F and G have had things their own way for too long it's time for the new players and aren't they turning up the heat or what? Chappers, go for it sir!!
Tbh I thought Rabea (cool name) looked like he was gonna piledrive that little dudes once or twice during that video. :) Chapters has created a whole new category of "haters" on guitar forums. Its pathetic and if u ask me , they all mega jealous of his success and would cut their left bollock off to be in his position! I love these UK fellas who try to push the boat out and achieve good things, nice one boys. We are also lucky to have some of the finest handwound pickup winders ever ;) Mojo Pickups, Oilcitys, Bulldog , Barenuckle and a few more. Respect !!
HA HA Bea's face throughout this video is priceless!
I see a market for a Rabea doll, complete with a fro to squish when in need of "stress relief".
Bea in full sales mode lol
+Mike Newell He's the first un-pressure salesman I've ever seen, LoL
The only thing stooping me from buying a Chapman guitar is the headstock . Can't stand it.
I think its ugly as fuck, i think they should have a better logo aswell
Holy shit that Cap-10 is exactly the guitar I've been waitin for all this time! Now I've GOT to get a Chapman
I don't really like the ML's that look like they have been cut from wood out of my Nan's sideboard, but the new stuff with the nice paint jobs are much more tempting...

I love those badges everyone has. 'The Fro' and 'The man' and I remember some guy had 'the D' on his.
+Todesnuss Also CAP10 America is a great name.
+Todesnuss They should offer it with a red, white and blue finish.
John Smith True, this way it has more of a blurry iron man vibe going.
Thanks for the first good look at the CAP-10 America, that's a great-looking guitar!
cool to see you both in the video . . .
my two favorite channels together in one video :)
He shows you all the old guitars! And a weird model of his signature...
I got a Chapman ML1-RS before christmas, and I can confirm it's an amazing guitar!
You should get one and try it out, they're really really lovely :D
Are you in the USA ? How much, and where did you get it ? I like the 6 stringer with that natural style finish.
Hi Henning I enjoyed all the NAMM videos. Keep up the good work. Also thank you for featuring Walter about a month ago. I really like that little guy.
Would be awesome to see some in studio reviews of the Chapman guitars. I have been looking at getting one for a while now
Yes it is. I wanna know what's your opinion of that Chapman guitar. Thanks a lot for your videos. They are great and funny.
I think I need one of those burst finished Norsemen in my life. Wish the Rabea sigs came in blue.
Just watched this video, like what u do Henning. BUT why do u say Floyd Roses's are dofficult and makes u change strings more often?? I only play with FR's and never any problems with braking strings or anything such. And they look stunning!! :)
really good looking guitars
I hear these instruments are reasonably good
Haha, excellent! Rabea and Henning together in a video. Seems strange...but cool! Henning, what's the big deal with Floyd Roses?I have them all three of my guitars. 20 minutes to change strings, yea, that is alot, i change my strings on a hardtail and locking tuners in less than two minutes.
trying to save up for a blue ghost fret...or a cap 10 america...or a red norseman...or an RS8....so beautiful!
The blue Tele style one I like a lot.
Henning, you're on a roll, I like it!
I truly hope Henning has the opportunity to review these, especially the Ghost Fret.
Floyd Rose has the Speedloader string/bridge system. I don't know why more people just don't use that....
We are watching. Keep up good work.
Henning is just being Henning. This is Bea version 1.0 and today we have version 2.0. He looks totally different here than now. His skills are still mad though!
"Korean Hipshot bridge" ???? There is no such thing. It is NOT a Hipshot (brand) bridge. So just call it simply a hardtail bridge as it is.
+Péter Nyeste my thoughts exactly. If it is not a hipshot bridge, it should not be called a hipshot. That is like calling any trem system a "XYZ floyd"
I think he was saying that that one specifically is based off of a Hipshot.
+Péter Nyeste I think he mis-spoke. If you watch the Gear Gods video from NAMM, he calls it a "Korean Hipshot-style bridge"
+Péter Nyeste hahah splitting hairs a bit.... from the way this comment reads, it seems like that really ruined your day man.... it's a korean hipshot style bridge... jeez
+Rabea Massaad yeah... that's what I was thinking... I didn't even pick up on that... nice to see you checked in...
Rabea!!
It would be cool to have a name that suggested the nickname, 'Rabies'.
BEEEEEAAAAA!!! Funny dudes love it
Where can I get a CAP10 America?
Why can't I find that black and red Norseman anywhere else?
I wanted to buy a Chapman rebea sig from the Seattle show and Riff City brought ZERO guitars to sell at the show.. What the fuck? They said it would have been a logistics issue? You gotta be kidding. You load up a few of each and and if they sell out then say that.. unfucking real
I have the Cap-10 America and it's awesome
Chapman guitars look and sound beautiful and are very well priced.. fantastic.
so when are they sending you a guitar to demo?
james souleyrette never
What is he talking about? His own signature model goes for 1200
This is from 2 years ago..
chapman guitars are really nice, i think ill get one of em one day.
+mywave inwoods i recommend em dude
are they comparable to gibsons?
in what way? none of them "feel" like a gibson. but thats not what i would be comparing. the beauty of the chapman is the reduced cost for the best quality possible.

Seb
thanks man, ill be going soon to guildford to try them out.
+mywave inwoods do so mate :) if nothing else, it's a great day in a toy shop!
Wish they all had the same headstock as the ghostfret, still beautiful guitars nonetheless!
Rabea is so cool. Thumbs up
Hallo Henning ich hoffe das du bald mal einen review machst über den Ml2 Classic
ML2 Classic... is that a chapman guitar.... I'll try to get my hands on these...
+EytschPi42 It's the gold top version with some upgrades, like SD pickups and such. generally ML-2s are awesome, although definitely on the heavier side of things.
I want that baritone o_O
I see! It's the old "Ibanez-es-es-es" problem! Well, I think It would be easier with JacksonS, StratS, GibsonS, or ChapmanS. ;) But I think 'Ibanezes' is the correct way to pronounce it.
Ibaneez perhaps
Ibani? :-)
you need to check the new floyd rose 1500 series
You better give Rob and Rabea big wet sloppy kisses.
If I wasn't watching their NAMM vids I wouldn't have discovered yours.
you're a super funny dude Keep it up!
Don't matter Floyd I set mine up, and then repeat the same thing Floyd is not a problem.
He looks knakered :D
The guitars sell themselves
Is henning tiny??
Man, I want a Norseman pretty badly :)
I love the cap10 America
value for $$$ guitars ! n looks n sound cool ! too bad they dont ship to SE Asia.
This is interesting
Signature models for youtubers, scrapping the barrel to say the least.
Is Rabea massive or is Henning on his knees???
+Simon Arber Rabea is a rather tall fellow!
Fro really looked annoyed
ich fanboye so hart bei diesem video
Bea could sell snow to a snowman
So Henning isn't 6'4" & Bea isn't 5'7"? Hmm,,,,
+greatvanzinni I do wish they hadn't put the headstock on upside down. Guess I could use my Dremel.
Randall looks realy bored with this guy
I just love the look of the blue tele - ML3 Why is there no dealer in Poland? ;(
Go to Thomann.de, they ship for free with anything over 200 euro !
fastfinger6 I think it’s hideous. Sorry. Cheap guitars for guitarists that know very little. You have e to save up for a $200 Guitar u know you’re in serious trouble or your fanbase are teens.
You look like Richie Hawtin
Futurama...
Wow, fluffy has lost some major weight since this video. Very impressive and awesome guitar player. Love his work specially with Frogleap.

Thomann are wise with their H/b range of guitars but linking up with you is a bad move. You childish behave is cheaping sffect there name.
Tbh I thought Rabea (cool name) looked like he was gonna piledrive that little dudes once or twice during that video. :)

Review? Never will happen will it? Second review I should say.
nope, not likely
EytschPi42 lol. I’m more interested in quality guitars anyway.
designed. lol
Turned it off at 1.02,
Trying too hard to be USA cool,
but coming off disrespectful to the viewer
Little snowflake, did it make you cry :(
