The scavenger build worked well with coach gun and frozen mist. Not sure Grim Coil was the best ring to use, may have been better with compulsion loop. Very fun build.
My build is just gunslingers charn, with slayer, empowering loop and supremacy's ring. Crossbow Hunters mark and song of swords with hunting pistol. Oneshotes everything on apocalypse
Do you have any builds for the recently changed Ex-Cultist armor? I saw your vid fighting Ikro with the Cultist armor, Devastator, Veil of the Black Tear, (you called it a protector build) but I was also curious if there were any other options for a high-tier Ex-Culltist? I'm honestly just curious; just a fan of the gunslinger vibe the Ex gives off, and I'm just looking for ideas.
Love the scavenger one. Any builds for overworld clearing? Also what's your take on dungeon/zone clearing with boss speed kill builds like Storm God and Frost Supremacy? I've been mostly using Storm God cuz I don't have any Hardcore items but I'm finding Nightmare mode to be overwhelming.
Storm God is actually great for bosses and world clearing. It's pretty versatile. Frostborne Supremacy is a boss killer. Whats your trait level? I recommend 300-600 for nightmare and 600-max for apoc
@@BoltJamison I'm 500+. I have 20 points in all the damage reduction and damage buffs including the DLC ones and also the ones you get for being Gearscore level 20. I also put points into all the stamina stuff and also Potency and Triage. Maybe Shadow Walker would help? Then maybe less stuff would fire at me lol. But the bosses are still an issue especially with Hearty.
@@RickyG93 have you tried warlord? The leech on that is insane. You can't die you leech so much. Throw on mantle of thorns for the stagger resist and you have a make shift letos that deals way more damage
@@BoltJamison I'm tryna get Warlord and also Scavenger but I dont wana rely too much on heal stuff cuz I feel like I wont improve that way. For now I'll stick to hard and slowly build up more gear till I feel like trying NM again I think. Is Shadow Walker a good idea?

The correct/more efficient way of playing the game would be having a build to clear dungeon and when you get to the boss switch completely to another different one? is that what people do?
This is a game, if you are concerned about efficiency and "correct" ways over having fun, you are missing the whole point of the game. Do what is fun for you, and works. There is no correct way, anything will work if you know enough about the game. But I mean realistically speaking, builds for clearing dungeons are much different than builds for going against bosses. It should still work though if you are knowledgeable enough.
yeah, builds in dungeons focus around dealing moderate damage to a lot of mobs, while a boss build is just concentrated fire on a single target. A beam setup would be crazy against a boss, but shit against a dungeon.
0-300 normal and hard 300-600 nightmare 600-max apocalypse IMO, but those are the recommended levels. Everything can be subject to change according to your skill level.
I saw a video with the exact thing but I couldn't find again so I got tired of destroying everything in normal and at level 124 started hard. And it reminded alot like playing darksouls again
Y the hunting pistol it only has one bullet it seems useless and also tht earth dungeon tht spawns sorrows field to get the spirit trait. I can't get it to spawn. Spent like 4hrs re rolling earth
