@caioluciano9212 I haven't. We may be able to tank through one hit and heal through it. Definitely won't be able to tank two hits tho lol.

@@BoltJamison Thanks! Taking a look at the video again I saw the abomination dealing 50%+ damage in health before healing all the way up, with Brutality that would be an IK tho, and we got bosses with more damaging nukes, probably I'll go with jack of all trades anyway, thanks!

@Wikingking 😂 I have a lot of scrap cuz I used the allow assets mod to summon trait books to level up prisms.

@@BoltJamison how is prism leveling related to trait books? Isn't that about feeding fragments to it (and gaining XP)?

@@BoltJamison On a sidenote, I tried this build yesterday but without having this (or similarly beefed-up) prism and it was a bit lackluster compared to other invincible melee builds I've seen and built long ago. DPS was noticeably larger here but so was vulnerability. Pretty easy to die altogether. That being said, it was without the super duper prism setup.

@Wikingking the prism isn't tanky tho besides the tank fusion, which isn't crazy. Did you use sweet leaf, confidence booster and the listed 4 concoctions?

@ToliG123 yea I address it in the video. I recommend a projectile weapon like crystal staff

@@BoltJamisonI want to love that weapon too but I find the tracking on the projectiles frustrating haha. Been trying to make a singular load out focused on melee that can do apoc boss rush. I’ve tested multiple set ups looping stone skin and/or juggernaut with guard dog. So Crystal staff is def the best option for that Strat. And it works great, until like 1 in 3 bosses breaks the skill/mod/attack loop, making it a huge struggle. Regardless dude your builds are always impressive and inspiring. Keep em coming!

@sooperfy yes you would need to use a projectile melee weapon for those fights. Something like crystal staff.

@@sooperfy yes unfortunately this is a shooting game with melee as a secondary to shooting. For bosses that fly or are out of reach, you would need a projectile melee weapon. Crystal staff is good, dark matrer Gauntlets and hero sword as well.

@joshuaguajardo1887 they do two different things. Red ring of death duplicates the first status effect you apply. Vile just spreads status effects to enemies on death.

@bburden86 yea I'd use c.rune pistol over nebula. Maybe swap monolith for knights guard, flying bomb trap, faerie etc.

@dirt_mcgirk it's great, especially if you are more skilled player. You can add more damage reduction to a build in order to compensate a bit. I would saying not ideal tho for regular comfy play tho. Again, skill level matters a lot when using brutality.

@@BoltJamison been re-rolling legendary over and over again. tried it out and you can get 2 shot very easily if extra damage reductions isn't added. I should've tested it on a boss, but I really want that sadistic.

@sytestorm rerolling your legendary? That won't change. You will have to select one and then level up again sonyou can reroll it again. You have to keep doing that until you get your desired legendary

@@BoltJamison i saved my reroll before i advanced for level 51 to choose the legendary(so i need exp before it is ready to choose the legendary). I guess i have start with a new one 🥲(i did never chose any of the legendarys, i did just press back and rerolled, or do i need to chose one and then reroll?)

@sytestorm choose one and then reroll. Rerolls are infinite, you just need to keep leveling up again

@RevilloPhoenix yea before it didn't. Like way back it didn't work, so I just assumed it was never fixed. The comments section advised me that it works with tranquil, so the one point isn't needed anymore.

@CaptWhiskeyTango lol funny you mention it. I did mess with a stagger build. I used all the stagger stuff: bloodshot, concussive shot, pressure point and wood ring. The stagger was decent but the damage wasn't great.

@BoltJamison not sure you mentioned in the video but what about flying enemies/bosses? How to deal with them? Looking at mother flyer, Anny, Lydusa etc... thanks again

I did mention it in the video. Yea as for flying bosses, this build won't work. You would need to swap melee weapons if you wanna do a pure melee fight on flying bosses. Crystal staff is my recommendation.

@ac372 thanks! I try not to use the most OP stuff. It's why I haven't made any mod builds recently. However, my next build coming out is a pretty damn OP melee build lol. I do have an honest variation of it too. I'll let players decide which to use lol

@bburden86 thanks! Yea I would swap out nebula for corrupted rune pistol. As for monolith, up to you. I still like that monolith can be charged while active, so I'd still .my use it. You can use any fire and forget mod in it's place tho. Something like knights guard or faerie would be good swaps.

@GuitarsAndSynths I haven't revisited it but it should be even better now because of prisms and the Insight trait.
