@Requiem002 yea I agree some stuff needs some serious tuning. Light reaper dagger/sword, flickering flail and the crossbows for sure need a nerf. Horned skull (I think you were referring to this) is strong but doesn't feel OP to me. I think it's fine. I need to mess with corrupted cleric sword more. I only used it a bit but it felt ok too. Not OP especially since it's so stat heavy but I'll mess with it again.

@BoltJamison Yea horned skull and cleric sword need high lvls to really reach the same amounts of dmg. It's easy to lvl up in this game tho, and you get scaled up or down in pvp, so no reason not to lvl up. At around lvl 400 they really do some amazing dmg. Could even stack the defensive buffs with the umbral eye for heavy attacks, and you can just sit there charging and healing from the dmg.

@@Requiem002 ah yea. I have a horned skull build at level 125. Feels fair at that level. I'll use the cleric sword on my level 350 character and see how it performs.

@gabbaman18 c.savior is another good option. Use that for mobbing and plasma for bossing

@Sgt_Tormentor I haven't really tested the poise system in this game and hyper armor but yea I noticed I get broken out of the special attack very easily. You have to time it just right to get the full attack off. I'm also wearing light armor so maybe high armor and poise will allow you to get the special off more consistently

@ think I will as my radiance guy doesn’t seem to be cutting it atm. Only level 75 but struggling in some areas.

​@thestrapguy2006 Unless they have nerfed it, then the Flickering flail is also amazing with its special attack if you have not tried it yet. Radiance is better as it does more dmg when the effect procs.

@Requiem002 flickering flail was nerfed but it's still S tier. I been messing with it recently. Lightreaper daggers do more damage but you have to be up close. Flickering flail is probably better even if it does less damage because you can do it from further away and be safer

@natteem5127 give this game a shot it's great! Probably no Elden Ring for a bit. I'm trying to go through my backlog of games. Lords was on there and I'm having a blast with it.

They held up okay, but I’ve now put together the two builds you’ve posted now and they absolutely steam ham , I’ve no idea how your umbral build is going to match up, the only thing I’ve used from umbral that comes remotely close is barrage of echoes spam.

@NuggetWrestler yea umbral doesn't have any OP weapons like radiant and inferno have but they def can compete. Umbral has a lot of spells that are very versatile

@@BoltJamison yeah I would still recommend you at least do a playthrough with it if you like nioh 1 gameplay, 2's core gameplay has some much stuff to going with.me are not a great player when comes to grind and build parts so i like to watch other peoples like you that do a build video and bully other bosses, but from time to time i like to open nioh 2 and do a newgame playthrough or my main save to pick a mission to mess around with whatever weapon i want and don't care about any loot stuff bc 2's action gameplay is just so addictive to me, and seriously i did like that for over 1000 hours lol well i just gonna stop here bc this comment is getting way too long by me lol, but hey hope you enjoy your playthrough and kept up the great work!!

It’s never been that bad really, it definitely had some optimisation issues for sure but the scope of the game is great. Optimisation and umbral enemy variety were my only complaints really

@Requiem002 I played Nioh 1. I liked it but the loot system turned me off. Heard Nioh 2 is way better tho. I own it but it's in my backlog. I really like LOTF. Plus they keep patching it still making it better and better. Will do a few vids on it and then move on to another game

@@BoltJamison it's a challenging game but overall I enjoy the aspect of it. It for sure has some remannt 2 elements which I enjoy. Specially boss fights 🙌 it's a Lil less explanatory but nothing that youtube or error and trial can't fix. Would be interested in watching more gameplay or a play through if you haven't yet!

@@BoltJamison sadly haven't played tomb raider, but from what I know from the movies, it should be similar! plot/exploration/stealth first, with melee and traversal being secondary, but important characteristics of gameplay
