I love that in almost every story / game, the character with power to command the stars and luck probability is one of the most busted character there. Helga is the epitome of "Mama knows best!"
The option to get 2 bonus red hearts plays into her gained stats mechanic. It's the much better option if you are good at not taking damage since you can increase dmg/cooldown/proj speed etc depending on other choices. Basically take every relic or option you can to increase RED hearts. Blue hearts don't count. So never take that Red to Blue heart conversion relic with her since it removes all the stat gains.
Game is getting better and better since the dev is kind and listening to their players
I wouldn't discount the 2 hearts that's 10% bonus also for each rune you have.

Yes, her ultimate as of right now, can scale infinitely. You'll want duration and cooldown as much as possible solely for her ultimate, and her best weapon (at least for clearing expert mode) are the cards with double ascension. She's so busted that you don't need anything else other than her ultimate maxed, and cards double ascension.
I believe 'duration' means 'range' or 'length' of the laser beam between those star projectiles.

Yep Helga is ultimate buff is powerful. I swear I saw bonus XP in the list in one of my games.
Of you're going to use stars, use the shuffle deck as your secondary weapon. Might be really good for that.

I have to disagree with the 2 passives on the right. The regen health every 60 first off can't be counted on to have the reduced CD if it proc while the ult is on CD. Second it's a wasted passive if your not taking dmg. Where as her normal passive is every half heart so that would be another 10% CD with the left side passive you picked up reducing your ult CD more. Stacking hearts on her is strong given the right zodiac.
