Do you have a frosting recipe to pipe letters?

We are using a simple or American style buttercream. You can find lots of recipes for it online. If you are interested in our specific recipe, that is something we reserve for our paid students and it's part of our yearly membership. You can check out more details about it on our website.

It’s so sad that cursive isn’t taught anymore… seriously! I am an illustrator and calligraphy, cursive and my own created fonts are my specialty.

If you haven't practiced calligraphy a lot it can be hard to make your own templates. I always recommend looking for free fonts online and then printing out some common words and phrases and using those for a template, just pop a sheet of parchment on top of your printed page and you can start practicing.

My hands get shaky when I try to do this😩

If it's just nerves giving you the skies then keep practicing as your confidence grows your hands will steady. If you justness more support make sure you are using two hands when you pipe and try setting your self up so that you can brace your forearms on the table or another surface for extra stability. I can't always use both hands when I'm teaching since my left will block the camera but try putting your index finger of your non dominate hand on the coupler to help steady your motions.
