    For those new to my channel (subscribe now bit.ly/SubscribeToJillianButler), I am Jillian Butler from Sydney Australia. A few years back, I left my corporate job to pursue my passion for food and baking. I started a successful cake shop in Sydney that I ran for 7 years and there were lots of lessons that I learned along the way. Now, after selling the business, I’m making more and more videos to share the insider baking secrets of professionals. I hope you enjoy it as much as I love sharing it with you. Shorter videos and inspiration available on my Insta reels! @jillianthefoodie #jillianthefoodie and Facebook pages / jillianthefoodie
    RECIPES & METHOD BELOW
    Chocolate Writing (Filling)
    1/2 cups (80g) Chocolate Chips
    1t coconut oil
    In a bowl, combine the chocolate and the oil. Heat on high in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir. Repeat the microwave and stir in short bursts until the chocolate is a liquid pouring consistency (see the video as an example).

    • @JillianButler

      Hi safa, yes you can but do it in 10 sec bursts because if the chocolate gets too hot it will burn. Once its burnt the chocolate will become grainy and you'll have to start all over again. Happy writing!

    What other paper can I use if I don't have baking paper

    • @JillianButler
      @JillianButler  3 года назад +1

      Hi Maya, you could use the plastic disposable piping bags in size small and cut a very tiny hole. But I find that with plastic it's harder to seal the end of the bag enough to get the right pressure used for writing. Give it a go and let me know how you go!

    • @JillianButler
      @JillianButler  3 года назад

      Hi Grace, yes they will solidify. I find it much better to put the cake in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool the surface of the icing. Makes the chocolate harden more quickly. Happy writing!

    Hiii, is there a different if i use disposable plastic piping bag?

    • @JillianButler
      @JillianButler  2 года назад

      Hi Hani thanks for your question. It will only be different if the disposable bag has a noticeable crease where the bag is joined and you may have a thin ribbon or tape style of rope coming out of the hole. If this happens just make the hole slightly larger and hold your bag up a little higher which will give the chocolate time to form into a round rope shape. Happy writing and Happy Holidays! J

    @vinayakbansode6854 4 года назад

    But how can I speed up?

    • @JillianButler
      @JillianButler  3 года назад

      Hi Ravi, it all depends on the fluidity of your chocolate. If it's quite thin then the chocolate will come out quicker and you can writing faster. Try adding 2 teaspoons of coconut oil instead. But be careful because there's a fine point between the chocolate being nice and thin to it becoming too runny and blurring your lettering. You may have to experiment with the quantities. Let me know how you go!

      Hi Lulytaa, you can use any of these cake pans you like, just make sure you don't fill them any higher than 3/4 full. If the batter fills up more than half way then add at least 10-20 minutes to your baking time. Good luck! J
