Thank you! I have done some more intense yoga classes myself in the past, but I get much more mental and physical benefit from gentle yoga. I used to suffer from chronic back pain. I used the gentle yoga that I do in my videos to relax my stiff back muscles and relieve my chronic pain. Thanks for watching! 😊
I can NOT lean back on my toes. I don't understand this. They look pretty flexible to me, they bend just fine, but I can't lean back. Even if I try to push through the pain, I simply can't even center myself above my feet like this. I find myself leaning forward and can't straighten up until I uncurl my toes. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
