This week there were really not much happening, so I used this opportunity to make this video so people who watches music news and wants to start producing have a good starting point on what to buy.
Next week the news are back (Hopefully industry comes up with new stuff 😅)

Hey that thing has real real good sounding amp models. Mine is setup to boot in the start up process so it is seen as the system interface on my laptap.
I think the SP404mk2 is the best interface. Other than that Iconnectivity , there is no bargains, you just end up paying to upgrade and waste the first purchase, might as well buy an awesome sampler and get a good interface.. then save for whatever else ya need.
I have a bunch of interfaces but I got the Volt 176 -- the big thing on the Volt is also the Native UAD plugins - I agree the 276 is a better choice if you plan on using this but as an input for a mic or guitar etc.. I ended up getting a Zen Q (but with afx2daw and the 90 DSP plugins that came out to around $750US) The Zen Quadro looks equally as nice --- IMO the next interface I get will likely be something like an X8 or X16 if I can find something with plugins, but prices on used units have stayed high since they are aging but price is not coming down, I will keep hoping to snag one passed upon on an apollo 8 with a bunch of plugins for about 1500.. but in all honesty I will still use the 176 specifically as an input -- and for a black friday snag I have actually used the analog classics plugins that came with this space delay, compressors, pultecs etc.. the plugins are something I am actively still using even if I have the Zen q as my main interface now.. however getting a used Arrow would probably have been a better deal as it has the solocore DSP and many of the same plugins still the vintage sound button and 76 compressor emulation is a nice addition AND it has dial based monitor and input adjustment. AND an extra midi in midi out device interconnect.. nice for old cheap midi keyboards etc.. or sound modules that you can loop back in via the line in. Having more midi ports is always nice even if it is a seconday unit it basically works as a basic preamp with midi in and out. Good enough for basic audio like analog kit as analog kit probably has a SNR closer to 90db and this is well above that. Next time 8" or 12" studio monitors review please!!!

umc404 is under 200£ and is packed with features ...
Although I like some Behringer products, this one is shit in term of mic preamp and output, really It's shit, great for listening music but no more.
The UA one is the best one if you want a tone on the way in, but the heaphones preamp and main output can't monitor very high end at all like Audient or SSL, I was amaze because Its like the quality of my smartphone headphone preamp.
Audient has the best preamp, just slightly better than the SSL.
SSL has the best conversion, outstanding conversion, slightly better than the Audient, and slightly less mic preamp quality, Audient and SSL is the way to go if you want to have high end monitoring, allowing to have pro results for tracking/mixing/mastering for low price.
I mean you could use the Behringer and have great results but you can't hear the sound accurately at all.
