    Thanks so much! just by listening my jaw pain decreased. I appreciate how calm you are! I noticed that most podcasts and videos are lead with such rush and "excitement", it gives me stress 😅

    Perfect!!!!!!!!❤ This is exactly what I was noticing in myself but I couldn't put it into words You gave me the words and ways to notice and then reduce the pressure in my body . Give myself cognitive messages of safety... wow. THANK YOU 💟🎈

    I’m currently recovering from an injury (much slower than I’d have liked). An otherwise healthy and fit 30 something. These videos are great. I’m convinced much if not all of my ongoing pain 5 months later is psychological as CANNOT switch off. (Despite scans and specialists saying everything’s healed). Any more videos on how to stop being hyper alert and anxious would be great. Thanks. .

    Really enjoy your videos and pod casts Tanner. Suffering alot with Nausea.What can you do about nausea 24/7?
    Would the breathing thru the nose and out thru the nose be what all I can do for now?

      Sorry to hear about your symptom. Yes, the content on my channel could be potentially useful for this. If the sensation is too intense, breath work and focusing on the senses is often helpful!

    Love the new look. (You were always cute - but fuzzy and cute is adorable!) Loved the new somatic tracking, though I rarely pressure myself and almost always naturally slow things down when I feel pressured. Do you by any chance have a sliding scale? I'm guessing at your level your hourly rate is likely beyond my budget, but I love the way you teach. Thanks, Linda

    Interesting that this video is talking about putting pressure on ourselves, have you seen any correlation between people putting pressure on themselves and having symptoms of inner pressure like reflux for example? I feel like I am able to relate it.

      Sorry to hear this. It can be a good idea to work with a somatic therapist, if somatic practices are making things worse when used on your own. I wish you the best in your healing.
