The SEC is arguing that....when Ethereum was Proof of Work, it was not a security. BUT, once it changed to Proof of Stake, then it became a security. This makes the Gensler video irrelevant. (Ivan, talk about Hedera. They're actually doing what the other cryptos only talk about doing.)

Ivan you are wrong, when Gensler declared ETH as "not a security" it was POW that means it is not the same ETH we have today.
It's about whether it's decentralized or not, not whether it's pow or pos.

To quote, "their ownership isn't necessarily indicative of anything other than this is how many shares they held on the respective date of the 13F filing".
