    An addition: Even though Standard and Distributed switches are virtual appliances in order to function it vSwitch must be binding with physical NIC using uplink!😊

    Sir, if 1 VLAN/Portgroup supports 254 ports, then how to assign 254+ servers to the same VLAN?

      all hosts are the members of vds so whatever changes you will do to vds it will automatically be reflected to all hosts. Hope I answered it
