Yes devansh, you’re right. BCI prohibits solicitation of legal work. And what “legal marketing” in this context means is using content to share expertise and knowledge to spread awareness which inturn would bring in clients. Law doesn’t prohibit content creation but you’ll also find lawyers sometimes running ads which isn’t technically allowed but happens. When it comes to legal tech companies, marketing is full fledged since these are software companies and don’t provide legal advice services.
